Worked well, didn't burn at the beach. No white residue on skin. Will buy again.

I am very fair, so wearing sunscreen is a must. I tend to prefer tinted sunscreen to minimize the white cast mineral formulas tend to leave behind. This sunscreen did not have that issue- I found it worked into my skin and was barely visible. It did feel a little heavy, but no more than any other sunscreen I have tried. This has a good wear time, and I was able to remove it easily. It is fragrance free- which I really appreciate.I have not worn it under makeup so I cannot comment how well it works with foundation, etc. Of course being vegan and cruelty free is a big plus. This is definitely a quality sunscreen for the face.

This is a great sunscreen and smells really pleasant. Its not over powering. It feels great on the skin!

This is a nice mineral sunscreen meaning that it sits on top of your skin and causes UV rays to bounce off. It contains zinc oxide 20% which is a high amount leading to very good protection at an SPF 50 and water resistance for 80 minutes. It didn't leave much of a white cast, but I am naturally pale.It has no scent and also contains Vitamin C to help act as an antioxidant at further reducing reactive oxygen species from UV exposure that is damaging to the skin.Sealed prior to use. Tube is slim and stylish, easy to squeeze with an appropriate amount coming out.Made in USA.

I've been impressed by Solara's SPF range. This is another one that impresses me! I use this sunscreen on my body and neck. It's very comfortable to wear because it doesn't have that thick or greasy texture that a lot of big-name SPFs have. I like keeping it in my purse to reapply if I am going out or if I am driving because the sun can be really intense on my hands/arms. This SPF works well to protect my skin!

It's reef friendly and water resistant for 80 minutes. It applies nicely and absorbs pretty well after a few minutes of setting. It's a bit too heavy for me for day to day wear, but it's much lighter than other zinc based sunscreens I've used. It doesn't leave that typical milky white cast on your skin. It's unscented and washes off well after showering without leaving any sticky residue. It worked as expected during a sunny, hot afternoon in the pool. I'm happy with the quality of this sunscreen.

I love that this is a mineral sunscreen as sometimes chemical sunscreens can cause irritation for me. Personally, I have only used mineral sunscreen on my body, but this one doesn't leave any white residue so it can be used on the face.

This stays tacky all day, for hours and hours after applying and trying to rub it in- it simply will not absorb in or dry down. There is a slight white cast that doesn't go away. It smells of zinc oxide, like I'm using Desitin diaper cream all over.I appreciate the ingredients --both what it does and does not contain-- and I appreciate that it's reef safe, but this is the kind of stuff that turns people off regular use of sunscreen. I have used sunscreen every day for over 40 years and have used a lot of different formulas, and I admit that my favorites are not mineral formulas, but there are much more comfortable mineral options out there.
