I purchased the item and purchased a power supply which didn't work,after some checking out I discovered the plug (pre-wired) had the polarity reversed despite it having L/N printed on it ,after putting this right it fired up perfectly ,and it worked perfectly ,when the desired temperature is achieved you can turn it down and it will run so quietly especially in plateau mode, I originally wanted to just send it back but glad I didn't..just to say if you order a power supply check with a multimeter to see which pin is + on mine I had the female socket fitted to the 12v lead so an easy fix by simply reversing without touching the sealed plug on the supply..well pleased for the money..

The media could not be loaded. Ok, so this is being used to heat a tent... all I can say is it December and I can be in the tent in a t-shirt (I dont) on the number 2 setting (at night). During the day, number one keeps the chill off.Bluetooth app is great. I keep this connected to my 288kwh power bank and it will run for about 2 days ( not nights ). My set-up isn't really recommended, but it works... i use about 2 litres of diesel per day maybe 8hrs use between 1 and 2 setting.NOTE: in order for the Bluetooth to reconnect on the phone, close the app from the background and open, it will reconnect when you open it again.It draws about 120w on startup, once going, draws about 5 w running at 1 then 10w at setting 2. Using the 12v dc output on the powerbank (need a cigarette lighter plug).I don't have secure structure to attach it to so it's outside and blows heat in. Again, it works and I don't have to worry about the exhaust (which by the very nature of it, gets hot).

This heater is easy to install and set up. It worked great for 3 hours max and then developed a fault. Faulty glow plug apparently waiting for done support so will update if they resolve the issue. For now it’s no more than rubbish.

The media could not be loaded. Have bought rubbish Chinese heaters before but this one really does work very well. Out of the box, connect exhaust, diesel in and switch on. No priming no hassle just switch on. As good as branded expensive models. Also using to warm our chalet but easy to transfer to our transit van camper as heater. Just made hole in transit floor for warm air blower and leave heater running outside van so no noise either. Really pleased.

The hits:Once it's going it heats our 22ftx10ft office with ease, -5c outside, setting 2 kept it at a comfortable17.5c.Relatively quiet.Seems very diesel efficient so far.Easy to operate.Unlike some reviews I found the instructions supplied were sufficient to find your way around the operation of the unit.The misses:The cheap green fuel lines, they needs to be replaced.No fuel filter, you really could do with one just in case.Plug for 240v connection isn't fused, a 13amp plug should be put on.The jubilee clips supplied are simply not fit for purpose, they snap before you can tighten them enough to hold the exhaust in place securely.The LCD display, not sure if it's just mine but it only stays back lit for a few seconds, you have to constantly press the 'OK' button to see what's going on.As long as you are prepared to make the upgrades I feel you get a decent heater for the price so I would recommend.

I bought this product six months ago and it's been running 12 hours every day since with no problems whatsoever. Highly recommended
