I’ve been using this device for a few weeks now and I’m honestly impressed. It has a sleek design, feels high quality, and works well with the included gels — yes, it actually comes with two tubes of gel, which I didn’t expect and really appreciated. I was able to start using it right away without buying anything extra. I mostly use it on level 3 and I can feel the microcurrent working — it gives a light tingle, especially on my jawline and cheeks. I’ve been using the VITALY skin tightening face machine for a few weeks now, and I’m pleasantly surprised. The device uses radio frequency (RF) and/or LED light therapy to stimulate collagen production. After 2-3 sessions per week, my skin feels firmer, especially around the jawline and cheeks. It’s painless, easy to use, and feels like a mini spa session. While the results aren’t instant, there’s noticeable improvement with consistent use. Great for at-home maintenance between professional treatments.

Product arrived earlier than expected which was nice. Impressed with the packaging and quality of the device. I used it tonight for the first time and all is in working order. I expected to feel more of a pulling sensation or lift during the treatment, there were some pulsations and contractions around my eyes and forehead but nothing on my cheeks. This is my first RF device , so I actually didn’t know what to expect, but at moments I wasn’t sure if it was doing anything. I plan to use the device ~4X a week and I will post my full review in approx 12 weeks time to conclude on results! So far I am happy with my Christmas gift to myself. Update: Feb 27th I have been using this device since Christmas, I figured I would provide an update. I recognize that collagen takes a long time to build, so I Still cannot comment on the efficacy for anti aging. I have not noticed any improvement in my fine lines. I will say though, I find this device helps with product absorption and it has increased hydration and given my skin an overall “glow”. I will continue to use the device 4-5 times a week.

Stopped working after one try. Didn’t turn on and doesn’t charge. Update: the customer service reached out to me to understand the problem and to offer me a refund due to the faulty device. I bought this last year and the return window closed, but the company stood behind its product and offered me a valuable customer service experience. I’ll be purchasing from them again given their prompt resolution to my issue.

I purchased not really hoping for much to happen, as I have purchased many creams and serums with minimal results. I have been using this about 3x a week for the past 3 weeks and I am actually seeing results. My skin is much smoother and even. Wrinkles are less pronounced and I have a glow back to my skin. I am in my upper 50’s. This is a game changer. Finally a product that works and is not hundreds of dollars. The only down side is where the buttons are located. I have to be careful or I will hit the button accidentally. Its an easy fix to move it back but can be annoying.

Bought this based on rates and it’s another device that doesn’t do anything. I wrote one review before and got contacted by the seller telling me o should try it for longer time. So , I’ve used this for almost a month, every single day as the seller suggested, and… absolutely no difference. I have a great skin to begin with but like everyone else wanted to make it better . I don’t see one before and after pic only pics of this little purple thing . Sorry but this is just waste of time and money

I have used other devices before and you can feel the heat, vibration and micro current. On this I only feel the heat and a bit of the micro current on my forehead and under eyes, why?? And the next day after usage my face is usually pink. I'm wondering if this is working correctly.
