It’s super nice

This chair has to be the worst quality I have ever seen, the arm's are cheap plastic and bend very easily , the armrests are so flimsy and feel like they are coming away from the arm itself, the quality of the pu leather is so bad you can see the vibration motors coming the cheap leather , there is very little padding in the seat cushion and is so uncomfortable, the foot rest is another issue it is very cheap quality which I would want to put too much weight on, as the metal tubes that hold the foot rest look like the going to bend and possibly snap in half , the lighting seems to work OK but the cabling is pretty short meaning you can't move the chair much without pulling the cables out of plug, The castors are so bad the chair dosent move on a thicker carpet, as for the head rest and back support they are squashed so badly due to lack of filling that they don't even do the job they are meant to do, Overall I have had this chair less than a week and it's no longer fit for the purpose, and the returns procedure is just as bad and takes over a week or longer to get a refund, I would never buy from this company again because the quality of the chair is so cheap I have such a painful back from sitting on this chair.

Good quality

Doesn’t sit up straight only reclines so no good for typing doesn’t stay sat upright also when paying this much money for an item and it turns up with no plug which I’ve had to buy separately it’s a good job I unpacked it myself as if opened Xmas day would t of been a good present as it wouldn’t of worked without a double usb plug!!!

Great chair, very comfortable and the massage function is great with many different options. The only problem that I have with it is when you move the chair, the cables come apart, so I haave to keep getting out of the chair to re attactch them. Quite a peev.

Good product had a bolt missing contacted seller had no response but i sourced a bolt elsewhere

Arrived on time yet problem with arm would not fit to chair and one side of chair where screw was to go was squint and the other side the more you tureen the screw the bolts in chair where coming out poor quality and not worth the money on the way back to them what made it worse was it was a birthday gift so son left with no gift
