I bought this case for my iPhone 13 Pro Max years ago and loved it. After upgrading to the iPhone 16 Pro Max, I’m still impressed by its superior quality and the nostalgic 1970s striped retro design. The case offers excellent grip without adding bulk and features thick edges for added protection. The MagSafe magnet works seamlessly with my magnetic wallet and wireless battery pack. While I’ve seen more expensive options from brands like OtterBox and Casetify, this case offers exceptional quality at a reasonable price.

I'd say top 2 or 3, of the.. wow I'm sure 20 cases I've owned in my life. So it's a good one imo. Fits well, feels good,the finger grooves actually serve to give you some edges to grip. I'm not really paying attention to if my fingers are in them. They just give more to grip regardless. Listen also before you comment on the grip, give it a few weeks or even longer because it takes a long time to realize that you're dropping your phone a lot less. I was dropping my phone like once or twice a week. Now I haven't lost grip in the 3 to 4 weeks I've owned it. It fell from my lap one time but that's not the same. So as of now, it's reduced drops. So has the pop socket I put on it. But I don't always expand and use that. It's a great case, I recommend it. And again I've owned a lot of good cases and only had a couple bad ones because I chose mine very carefully and studied reviews and ratings.This one still comes out as one of the better ones.Buttons feel perfect to press.The camera slot for the camera button adds style and feel. The protection level seems upper tier.A winner

I’m pretty tough on my equipment, and when I have to pay out of my own pocket to replace an expensive personal phone, I want the best protection available. At the same time, I want it to be easy-to-use, and not the size of a brick. This case strikes that balance perfectly.I only discovered this case because the latest iteration of my long-time favorite case (rhymes with spec-presidiotoo) was apparently designed by chimpanzees, and is completely unacceptable. This case, on the other hand, is just about perfectly designed.The corners are super padded, which should be more than sufficient to protect my phone during drops. And despite the flared corners and textured surfaces, it slips easily in and out of my pocket when I want it to, without turning my pockets inside-out.The grippy surface is not quite as grippy as I expected, but it has a nice texture that should greatly reduce my clumsiness. There are finger-grip indents in the bottom half that help quickly index the phone without looking at it.There are magnets inside the case that assist with locking onto MagSafe-style chargers and accessories. They help immensely to center your phone on wireless chargers, so you don’t have to fiddle with it to get a good charge.The camera lip is a good millimeter or two above my camera lenses. I would rather not put a metal caliper that close to my lens, but placing a straight edge across the lip shows it’s more than sufficient.Bottom line: Between my government and personal cell phones, I have probably owned dozens of different cases over the years. This is by far my favorite to date.I hope this helps.

This case FEELS awesome in my hand, the grip is great and the size feels right, without being TOO thick or making the large phone too large to handle. It also is VERY CLEARLY INCREDIBLE AT PROTECTION - you can see it in all the details in person, especially the corners and their little padded airbags, where they pop up on each of the 4 corners in the case of a drop on hard ground.My issue with the phone lies in the back of it - the clear back looks like crap, frankly, it's not attractive TO ME I should clarify, and especially this is because of the fingerprints that it holds! It keeps all fingerprints on it, so any attempt to wipe them off is futile as they will inevitably reappear each time. I may or may not look for another case - I did not have a case for the first week I owned my 16 Pro Max and it stressed me OUT - and having this one arrive, and feel so good in my hand and be so protective, I am hard pressed to replace it even though i am not a huge fan of the aesthetics. I hope this review was helpful!TLDR: I don't know if i would buy it if I had not done so already, because I would try to find one that is better looking and does not hold fingerprints so easily, but now that it is in my hand, it is not easy to party with either as a poor person who values maintaining my phone in good shape lol.cheers bezos xx dg

I have the Wallet Slayer Volume 1 and it’s a great case, but I wanted the ability to use MagSafe charging. Ordered this case and it’s very slim but protective. The grip on the sides is pronounced and it has very good magnetic strength. The entire Smartish product line is very affordable and high quality. Got the Side Hustle MagSafe wallet to go with it and it works flawlessly. Love Smartish products.

This Smartish case has been my absolute favorite! I love the wavy design on the sides for more hand stability. The back will not get dirty with fingerprints for the all black case. The bottom is not too hard (won’t hurt your pinky much if you use your pinky to support the bottom of the phone while holding). Gives a great protective layer to the back, camera, and front screen. Also not $60 or more like some cases! If you have been thinking about trying this one out recently - I 100% recommend! The MagSafe function (like for PopSocket) is also very strong! I use mine most of the time and haven’t had any instances where anything jolts it hard enough to come apart from the case.
