This probiotics have been a great help for my digestion. Although I haven't finished the whole bottle i can already see improvements like reduced bloating and improved bowel movement. I like that this product comes from kefir grains itself which makes it different from other probiotics - the capsules even smell like legit kefir!I like that the capsuled also contain fiber sources and additional vitamins.The packaging of the products is also very good. While I have taken probiotics and eat lots of sheep yoghurt and kimchi, I haven't tried kefir. So I ordered this, after reviewing some literature on the benefits of kefir. Of course one can eat fresh kefir, but these capsules can be convenient and quick.Because I am becoming much more careful about where supplements come from, I checked on this company, which is new. Of course the FDA does not regulate the company or the product. But this is made in Orlando, Florida and the firm appears to have an office in Lewes, Delaware. I have a bias towards the Mid-Atlantic, and so felt a bit more comfortable trying this new supplement. It appears the company began business in 2024.The smell from the bottle is actually pleasant, at least to me. It smells like real food. As for effectiveness, a few servings is not going to give me enough information to determine if this is making a difference. But I am glad to have another easy way to get my probiotics, especially when I'm traveling or run out of kimchi!A serving size is two a day, with food. The bottle contains 30 days of servings. The "best by" date is July 2026.

I have been taking it for 2 days and I can see a difference with my digestion . I like the capsules are a normal size and it has no taste. The quality of the product is good too.
