I recently purchased a muffin tin and I have to say, it's been an absolute game changer for my baking! This muffin tin is amazing because it doesn't stick, which means my muffins come out perfectly every time. I no longer have to spend time trying to pry my baked goods out of the tin, which is such a relief.One of my favorite things about this muffin tin is that it's dishwasher safe. After I'm done using it, I can just pop it in the dishwasher and it comes out looking brand new every time. This saves me so much time and effort on cleaning up after baking.But the best part is definitely the fact that my muffins pop out so easily! I no longer have to struggle with getting them out of the tin or worry about ruining their shape. They just slide right out, making my baking experience much less stressful.And the fact that I don't need to grease the muffin tin is a huge plus, especially for low-fat vegan baking. I love that I can make healthy muffins without having to add any additional oil or fat.Overall, I am extremely happy with my muffin tin purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone who loves to bake. This is a very nice pan. The silicone muffin cups are average size and items come out easily. Cleanup is a breeze. The game changer though is the encapsulated steel frame! The pan doesn't bend or wobble when you move it - it's very sturdy. I will order more pans in other sizes.

This brand is the best! The metal around the edge is great so it doesn’t collapse when you lift it or need a pan under it. Everything I’ve baked in it pops out easily with NO BAKING SPRAY! It cleans up easily and food wipes out so easy. The pattern is my fav and this company is high quality. I have four of these different pieces from Trudeau and love them all. I’m building my collection! The hey don’t stain and muffins and cupcakes etc just pop out after cooking a couple mins. Love love love this bakeware !!

I didn't realize I was avoiding baking muffins hehe because my old metal muffin tin was starting to get pitted and rusted and was such a pain to grease and clean. This silicone muffin pan has changed my muffin and mini frittata game! They bake well, pop right out and it's so easy to clean. A little hard to pick up when it's full of batter, but overall the most amazing thing I've bought for my kitchen in a long time.

I’ve had my hands on other silicone baking dishes. In this one I got the 12 muffin “tin” option. I love how easy it is to pour my recipes into without worrying about the spillage of ingredients into the little space between the liner and the pan. When I do make a mess since I’m human and all, clean up is a breeze. When I miss a spot and it bakes on it still easily comes off. Muffins after baking pop right out, I’ve even used them to make egg cups and it slips out whether I crack eggs directly in or scramble and mix ingredients in (like cheese, bacon, green peppers, onion etc). I do have a mini version that I got at a chain place, I’d say I have a bit more sticking issues with that one, making it harder to clean. I’m not sure if it’s because I bake just a bit too long since it’s a mini and most recipes don’t account for minis, so I monitor it but I’m not getting the right time yet? TLDR want less mess and less purchasing of liners, great buy. Do keep in mind the jury seems to be out on using high heat on silicone in terms of toxicity though. I recently learned, now I’ll be on the look out for ceramic instead (maybe?) it’s just so easy to clean haha!

Home cook, I started with a Trudeau Confetti mini-loaf pan last fall for bake sale baking. It is Wonderful stuff!!! I am now buying +pieces, when I’m able, where I have a baking pan need. Not ever going back to coated metal. When possible, I hope to be all silicone baking, short of high heat cast iron. Quick breads, more serious breads, muffins, cakes, individual layered meals, such a breeze. Everything browns beautifully in these silicone pans. The only thing I don’t do is use it for a very hot oven, like if a recipe calls for 425F or hotter, I choose black iron.ProsRims: the rims and handles are reinforced, pans are easy to pick up and manage; there’s no unwanted collapsing, folding or wiggling.Non-stick: I have Never had non stick anything that performs like silicone, it’s just amazing. Remove a mini muffin with one poke. Remove them all in a few seconds. No sticking, no lost/broken/fractured product and no mess.Butter: I brush lightly, as advised by manufacturer, using softened butter on a silicone pastry brush = browning is beautiful top to bottom.Cookie sheet: I set the silicone pans on a cookie sheet for putting into the oven, not directly on the oven rack.Cleanup: literally a hot rinse will clean it completely and right now. No long soaks required. Thorough hand wash or dishwasher when you want, cleanup is just the easiest thing ever.Cons: none so far.Highly Recommended.In case, like me last fall, you haven’t tried silicone baking yet, maybe try one piece of Trudeau that’s right for your most messy, tricky, sticky, tough to get out in one piece, takes overnight soaks to clean the pan thing. The cost isn’t bad and I was blown away with results.

Just make SURE you grease these before pouring whatever into them. Baked my cupcakes very well, even and no HUGE pop top. I forgot to grease them on the first batch... won't make that mistake again! Other than that, I'd buy this product again as well as any other product in this line. I really like it. Nice and sturdy. Easy to clean. Just make sure you liberally grease them!

I use this for making muffins and Yorkshire puddings. I use a lower temp when making Yorkshire puddings at 425 instead of the normal 450. They come out great and you can just pop them out.

I just got it this week and I made my first muffins in it to see how it worked and it was great they just popped out of the pan and didn't stick to the sides and it was very easy clean up I am very happy with it love my muffin tin ❤

Love that the body is sturdy but has the mold flexible to just pop out the content without damaging the food or the container, and easy to clean, no need to spray the pan either, dincd it's silicone

Makes cuttest little banana muffins and egg muffins. Perfect size for snacks for school and work or even breakfast. Non sticky, easy to clean in dishwasher.
