Not going to lie, I was hesitant with the “stinkbug” name, and I’m still not sure if it’s the best marketing strategy. That being said, the soap is amazing. It’s a great fresh scent. So great in fact, that I wish it lingered on my skin a bit longer than it does. The bar itself has an intense lavender smell, and you really appreciate it when it’s lathered up, but what remains on your skin is much more subtle.The bar is very solid. When you first use it, you might even say the corners are “sharp”. But for me, I prefer that because the bar is going to last longer than if it was softer. It’s very solid/dense, if that makes sense.The ingredients are natural and high quality. The bar itself has that “natural” look with slight imperfections, which is aesthetically pleasing. You can put this in a guest bathroom and impress people with it.Great great soap.My star ratings explained:5 stars = Exceptional. Nice lather, not much sandalwood

This is a 4 ounce bar of lavender goal milk soap. I've used goat milk soap for years, but I have not tried this brand. Prior to using goat milk soap, I had tried every major "moisture rich" soap out there due to my skin always feeling dry after a shower. Nothing seemed to work until I got curious at a farmer's market and got a bar of goat milk soap from a mom and pop farm stand. I've never turned back since and have not had any more issues with dry skin after showering.First impression is that this smells and feels amazing. The smell is very lavender without it seeming like an "enhanced" fragrance. The bar feels very soft and "moisturizing". I was expecting it to feel great in the shower, and it did not disappoint. I typically use RO water to lather and final rinse due to having otherwise hard water. It didn't have a particularly rich lather, but the lather went a long way; was able to get my chest and torso from just one round of lathering the bar with my hands. Rinsed off easy as well. My skin felt moisturized and soft afterward as I expected, and my skin had a pleasant lavender scent. Rating 5/5.

This arrived tamper evident sealed in a plastic bag with the soap inside its own carrier box. There was no best by date anywhere to be found.The extra care to get this secure to you is definitely something to note. The cover over the soap is not thrown together, either — sure, we focus on the product but there’s nothing wrong with getting it nicely presented.The faint but definite smell of lavender exceeds the packaging but they have done the mix right, it doesn’t offend you but invites you to want to try the bar.It is typical of goats milk, lathers easily, tends to business, leaves your skin clean but helped with moisturizers.This would be a very appreciated gift from the way they present it like it’s suitable for your best guest.It’s a soap I won’t simply forget, and I’d order it again.

Doesn't smell the least bit like stinkbugs! Aside from that, this is a luxurious creamy textured soap with a rich lather and a mild, pleasant lavender fragrance. The scent smells great out of the package, but doesn't real last on the skin, in fact it doesn't even last on the soap after the first use. I’d definitely recommend.

This is amazing, high quality soap. The scent of lavender is lovely.This soap is very hydrating on my skin, probably because it contains several oils (olive oil, coconut oil, sustainable palm oil, and vitamin E oil). I very much appreciate that it has "sustainable palm oil." If you don't know, security personnel at palm oil plantations have been responsible for the killing of so much endangered wildlife. It's horrible, so please avoid regular palm oil at all costs.The soap comes in a darling box that would be very giftable. At a price of $6.99 for a 4 ounce bar, this is an amazing value.

Less than average quality and does not leave skin soft as most soaps. Does not look like it was mixed very well
