I returned it in favor for this gallon size sprayer. I AM SO HAPPY THAT I DID!!!! Before I bought it I read that the CUSTOMER SERVICE from the company is EXCELLENT AND THEY STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT. THAT IS THE MAIN REASON, ASIDE FROM THE EXCELLENT REVIEWS, THAT I CHOSE THIS SPRAYER above all others. MANY COMPANIES CANNOT BE RELIED UPON TO HELP YOU, especially after the Amazon window closes. It was LITERALLY only a few dollars more than the other I originally ordered, but you pay for QUALITY .THIS HAPPENS TO BE AN EXCELLENT PRODUCT AND IT IS RELATIVELY INEXPENSIVE. THE PLASTIC IS THICK AND STRONG, and it pumped up very EASILY , EFFECTIVELY, and EFFICIENTLY. It’s very easy to carry around and that COMFORT is essential, especially if you’re using it on a lot of items. Using it is a DREAM and the spray nozzle works PERFECTLY, AND SO DOES THE EXTRA SPRAY NOZZLE INCLUDED DOES. THEY ALSO INCLUDED AN EXTRA FILTER AS WELL. A MANUAL IS ALSO INCLUDED AND THE MANUAL, EXTRA SORAY NOZZLE, AND EXTRA FILTER ARE ALL NEATLY IN A PLASTIC ZIPLOCK BAG. I’ll be using it for my rose bushes, ornamental trees and bushes. I FEEL VERY SECURE WITH IT. I ALSO FEEL COMFORTED THAT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM, I CAN REACH OUT TO THE COMPANY FOR HELP. AS I HAVE ALREADY CONTACTED THEM AND THEY WERE WONDERFUL. . Sprayer works very well. Easy to pressurize. 21 months after purchase, it could no longer pressurize the tank. Anne in customer service was polite and professional. She was apologetic, and after confirming my Amazon purchase, agreed to send a replacement under their 3 year warranty. 5 days later, and now I have a complete new sprayer.

The last Chapin I bought literally exploded in my face while I pumped up the prime. The whole tube blew out and sprayed me with chemicals. I am too old and too girly to keep buying new sprayers because they break, clog, cumbersome, no pressure, exploding valve, etc. This Petratools model is so superior. My unsolicited genuine opinion? No scrimping on quality, great price for the superb value. Excellent use of textiles and designed with the weeds-spraying end user in mind. The prime last a long time compared to the other brands. The parts are a stronger, thicker plastic. The tank is ready to fill, no need to insert the tube, just twist on a couple things. The one cap that twists allows the spray to go from a nice stream (to point it through tall weeds to get to the ground) to a wide fan (for great ground coverage, low grass & weeds) I can adjust it while in use so no stopping to switch. Really a pleasure to use it, considering how much I hate having to keep spraying twice a year!. I did not really need to read all the assembly and operating directions, however, they are English only, very clear, well done. There is nothing Petratools missed when thinking of how to make the best user-satisfying sprayer.

First, and foremost, Petra's customer service is top notch. I've had this sprayer over a year and the handle/trigger was progressively harder to engage. Then one day it stopped spraying. I sent an email to Petra and received a reply in 4 minutes. I just wanted to know if maybe there was a simple spring or something I could replace to get my sprayer back up and running. Anne asked for my details and immediately shipped out an entirely new unit (got it today!)! Was not expecting that, due to how long I had the sprayer. I picked up the 1 gallon sprayer, as I already have a 4 gallon back pack sprayer. Use it to spot spray herbicide and pesticide. And, use it to maintain a small new patch of hybrid bermuda I planted this past spring with PGR, iron and fungicide. The sprayer itself is solid and feels like its of higher quality than other sprayers I've used in the past. The handle and trigger feel good in my hand and I don't feel any fatigue after use. Hose is long enough for its size. The bonus is the pressure release valve! My past sprayers never had one and I didn't realize how much I was missing out. Really great feature to have. It comes with two adjustable spray heads, depending on which spray pattern you want to use (spot spraying or fan for more even and thorough coverage). I personally like the fan pattern the most. If you do a ton of spraying, you'll truly appreciate the design and craftsmanship of this sprayer. The wide mouth, so you don't spill chemicals... The release valve, so you don't get splattered with something that could irritate your skin... Do you own comparison to other sprayers available. You'll see the difference. If this is your first pump sprayer, this will spoil you. I've already recommended Petra Tools to my neighbor and my dad just this past week, due to the fact that the product is of great quality and THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT. In today's world, its tough to find companies that care about their customers and honor warranties without hassle. Seriously, they (Anne) got back to me in minutes with an even better resolution than I was hoping for and she was professional, plus kind. It may be a few bucks more, but its worth it in the long run, trust me. When my backpack sprayer bites the dust, I will be buying a new one from Petra Tools.. I know it will be of great quality and they'll back it, if anything happens. Btw, I have no affiliation with this company. Wasn't promised anything or given anything for free. Just thankful to find a product and company that are worthwhile and wanted to share my experience.
