It's so easy to setup, literally take it out of all the packaging and plug it in. There is a paper-like scent bag included that keeps the device smelling good during shipping - don't confuse that with the scent disc that's wrapped in a foil-like bag. The scent disc can be inserted in a little cage that's on the underside of the lid. Mine came with a clean/laundry scent and while it does smell like clean laundry, it's way too strong for me. It's not a bad smell!! Just super strong for my preference.It works great, heats up blankets in like 15 minutes. Does fit 2 of the 'oversized' towels. The device does give the fabric a bit of a metallic smell when it's done (without using the scent disc), but it's not overpowering or 'bad' per-say, just noticeable. I imagine that won't be as prominent as time goes on and it's used more.The inside metal does get very hot, of course. So just be careful when removing things. I keep a fist-full bunched up at the top in the middle when I put stuff in so grabbing it later is easy.I've also used it to warm up my clothes/socks - but if you do that make sure there's no metal (zippers/buttons/etc) because those would obviously get very hot.

Works great..time setting and wonderful 😊 to have a warm towel on a cold day. Looks good too.

This product does a great job heating towels and bath robes. The warmer will heat up for a brief period of time and then shut its self down. There is no way to change the auto off time as the power button only turns it on and off. With that being said, it does a great job during its designated heating time. This can hold 2 large (oversized) beach towels at the same time. The heater does have a chemical smell from the factory as others have said but the company includes a sent puck that quickly got rid of the chemical smell and has lasted over a month!

This towel/blanket heater is a WINNER. Why didn't I purchase this years ago? I hate getting out of the shower and freezing cold, but grabbing my HOT towel out of this warmer is the best thing ever. It is big enough to hold three towels and my pj's. This is one of the best purchases I have ever made.

I have had two different towel warmers in the past. One was awesome while the other was horrible.I was hesitant on purchasing this one, but read enough good reviews to give it a go.I can attest that this works great. It's big enough for two towels, however, I've only tried one big towel so far and it heated it up so fast and it felt so good getting out of the shower and having this nice toasty warm towel. Worth the price.

I bought this recently with high hopes, but was left slightly disappointed. It is very easy to use, however, I have found that it leaves my blankets with a strange burnt smell after I take them out. It does come with some scents, however, I find that they do not mask the burnt smell but kind of mix with it. Furthermore, the blankets have not stayed hot for very long, but that is less of an issue. The smell is tolerable, but for someone more sensitive to smell it may not be.**EDIT- My initial review was 3 stars, but upon submission of my initial review, the owner contacted me and provided me with a replacement to resolve the issue I had with the previous one. They were very quick and responsive to correct the initial error which I was very appreciative of. The new one was noticeably better than the initial purchase, so it may have been a one off. Overall, very happy with the customer service and the product!

I love this towel warmer! It warms my towels perfectly. I would recommend this to a friend or family member.There is also a small spot where you can place essential oil for a nice aroma on your towels.
