This thing is amazing. Worked EXACTLY as advertised. Was the biggest hit of the party. Easy to take apart and clean as well. Only recommendation is to buy double the amount of chocolate you think you'd need. It's going to go quick!

Unfortunately I rushed and purchased this machine x2 before reading the reviews. I was so happy to find it for this price. I hurried and made the purchase so that it would arrive in time for my event. THIS IS THE WORST PURCHASE I HAVE EVER MADE ON AMAZON. I was so embarrassed. It started to heat up for about 5 minutes, long enough to start trying to melt the chocolate but then it turned off and that goes for both of the machines. I left it on for hours, to give it a chance to start back up or something but it never happenedNow I have to figure out how to get the semi melted chocolate out of it to return it.

Received a used and broken item. Had no dials, was full of chocolate and had broken pieces. This was a present and came without a box (loose pieces) and no manual. Outrageous to sell this item as new.

Works great. Make sure to melt chocolate and add oil for thin consistency before pouring into base. Heating the base prior to use takes 10-15 min, not 3-5. Somewhat loud when running. Kids and adults loved it! Be sure to empty chocolate while still warm for ease with cleaning.

We purchased this fountain for our daughter’s joint birthday party. They decided against cake and wanted a chocolate fountain instead. We read the directions and purchased chocolate specifically designed for the fountain. We melted the chocolate making sure the consistency would flow correctly. After about 10 minutes the fountain stopped. The heating element continued to work but the foundation stopped flowing. We are 20 minutes from a major town an unable to make a trip to get but another one. I’m so disappointed !Save your money and use a rental company !

The media could not be loaded. Came used and broken up. Still had chocolate on it. Parts was missing. And all thank god it’s a week before my event I would have been hurt.

This is my first time using this unit. I have had 2 fountains previously. Honestly I think it was a preowned unit and it stopped working within 2 hrs.
