I originally bought this 100ft Cat6a cable to run internet from one end of the house to the other - just temporarily inside for now, but I plan to move it under the house later on. Even as an indoor run, it’s been brilliant. I’m getting full 1Gbps speeds without any drops, and it’s completely eliminated the Wi-Fi dead zones we used to deal with. The cable itself is impressively slim and flexible, which made installation a breeze. It hugs along baseboards and door frames nicely, without sticking out like a sore thumb. The outer jacket feels sturdy, and I’m confident it’ll handle outdoor use just fine when I eventually install it under the house. I’ve since bought a few more in different lengths to hook up our mesh Wi-Fi points, desktop computers, TVs, and Apple TVs. Every single one has performed flawlessly. For the low price, the quality is excellent, better than I expected. It’s gone straight to my saved Amazon list for future projects. Highly recommended if you want stable, wired speeds without the fuss.

UPDATED REVIEW: The seller was very kind and not only refunded my money, but sent me a new cable rapidly. The new cable works perfect. I've been able to transmit internet via a P2P wireless bridge, over 1000ft, with this ethernet cable transmitting the received internet a full 300ft through the woods, to my router indoors. Transmission speeds even at 300ft through rain and dense fog (humid conditions) are excellent, meeting the stated max speeds listed on the product. So I have upgraded by previous review to 5 stars. As the cable does work, exactly as claimed and I appreciate the seller standing behind their product and issuing a replacement. Nobody's perfect. Still, it's important to note that the cable is NOT rated for POE and due to it's extremely thin size, despite it's hard outer jacket, it's still important to handle it carefully and avoid any twists and kinks. The wire guage is 28awg, so don't treat it like it's industrial strength. Due to the non-standard small size of the cable, it's not recommended to cut the cable to length and put your own terminals on the end. It CAN technically be done, and work. But the smaller gauge of the whole cable, will not match your terminal neck diameter and you won't get a water tight crimp and the terminals you use, may have a difficult time gripping the individual 28awg wires and holding them securely. Original Review: The entire cable is SUPER THIN, so each of the 8 internal wires are unimaginably tiny. So data was constantly stopping or dropping, the output was so unstable and fluctuate so much that devices wouldn't even bother to try and connect. It could not even carry a few volts of power through it. Any POE devices connected to it would light up dim but unable to function. Terminal ends are glued on plastic. The cable is SO FRAGILE. There is even a label on one end of the cable that says "Pull Here" Avoid Kinks" that should tell you right there that they have a reputation for breaking and having poor performance. The price seemed too good to be true for a 300ft solid copper outdoor direct burial quality ethernet cable.....the cheapest I could find on Amazon. And now I know why, it was too good to be true. Quality cables as this one is advertised, are never this cheap. Save yourself a headache and spend the extras bucks and get something of higher quality.

Completely satisfied with my 100 ft cable. Working from home with 5 computers running simultaneously meant I needed a reliable connection from my computers to my router down the hall. I was a bit concerned when I saw the product labeled as a “frequently returned item” and worried that at such a great price it might not be high quality. I considered returning this item as well. I ended up finding an Ethernet cable I already had that also reached my router, which means my return would have been unrelated to the product itself. I really loved the sleek design of this cable compared to my old one (wide and flat) so I decided to keep it and give it a try. My internet works perfectly and the thin design ensures it’s not visually distracting. Great product, great price. BUY IT.

I thought the cable was too thin, but after running the cable to the router, I got excellent 1 Gb speed tests. Because the cable is thin, I was able to run the line along the baseboard and hide it easily behind furniture. It works well for my home office.

These were extremely thin cables. I'm not sure how they'll hold up outdoors and over time. We'll have to see. It tested out fine and it's being used outdoor along the side of the house (shade)

This long Ethernet cord is perfect! It’s flimsy enough to easily run through my house without any hassle, yet works flawlessly. Great length and reliable connection—definitely recommend!

Fantastic product! Works like a charm gives me the same high network speed I have subscribed from my network provider without any dip.. had an issue with a previously bought cable which only gave me 10% of my actual speed.. not all the cable are same and gives this output.

Com o antigo cabo que eu usava a velocidade era 90 mb/s, troquei por esse e agora passa dos 700 mb/s, os downloads ficam muito mais rápidos. Fui baixar um jogo e fui beber água, quando voltei já estava totalmente baixado e instalado. Recomendo muito.
