Amazon hace fraude con este producto, porque se tiene que instalar y configurar con una aplicación de Yale que solo se puede bajar en Estados Unidos y Canadá, pero no en México. Es de no creerse el pésimo servicio de Amazon.

No he podido configurarla, primero tuve que cambiar mi región a USA para descargar la app que necesita, pero la app de Yale access solo se puede configurar con un número telefónico de USA, me parece pésimo que la vendan en Mx si no es posible configurarla y poder usarla en todo su potencial.

No funciona en México, No deberían venderla. No se puede configurar si no estás en US

Si podría le daría 0 estrellas. La configuración no sirve vía la aplicación y si marcas al servicio atención a clientes nunca hay nadie. Prácticamente se vuelve una cerradura común y corriente al precio de una cerradura digital.

Bought in COSTCO the one with WiFi/Bluethooth w/o the physical key and one day the internet router got disconnected because of electricity; and the lock battery drained fast searching for the connection. So I sent it back and bought this one w/o the WiFi module ( you can optionally buy one and connect it) with the physical key and finger scanner cheaper than the other. Worked fantastic; the finger scanner is amazing and fast, you can input the code to open and finally if the battery drained: the physical key. All options in a single unit!! Win-win.
