I have tried lots of different brands that works, and this one has lots of CFU and a good number of strains and are Vegie capsules. I have read all the negative reports, and I think they are wrong. I take these capsules first thing in the morning with a lot of water. It works well keep me regular and I also know when I have had too much, your stool becomes sticky, so I come off the product and give it a rest. Those of you that it does not work for should try taking it first thing in the morning with a lot of water to get it down into the Intestines. The price for so many strains and so many CFU's is more than reasonable. I think it works well. I have not gained extra weight I have even lost weight. I love it.

I got some kind of bug and was sick for 6 weeks, could not leave my house, went to the dr and had a bunch of expensive tests done only to be told they didn't find anything, tested for 5 common types of bacteria-all negative, xray didn't show anything either. So I resorted to these, and after a few days, measurable improvement. So it seems to me it was definitely a bacterial issue, the tests the dr did were apparently not for whatever type of bacteria I had making me sick. Moral of story, consider taking these before wasting your money on appointments. Now for the reason I knocked it a star, it made my privates itch like crazy. I had no issues with that at least, before taking these. Even with showering twice a day, and all that jazz, it was intense itching, and I didn't realize it was this causing that. I discontinued use after taking it for a month, since my initial reason for taking it had went away, thank goodness. So then about 8 months went by and I had an upset tummy for a few days and so decided to take these again, and again it helped me with the bloating, cramps etc, but the itching returned, and that is how I realized it was this causing the itching.

Definitely helps me. Great results. My digestive health feels much better. Great value for my body.

These are great. They're time released. So, they can reach the intestines. No upset stomach from taking this brand. Has very high count of strains and large amount of active cultures. Would buy again.

Please be aware that these often have fewer pills in the package than claimed. I use a 30-day medicine case, which I fill from empty each month. I switched to these from another variety a few months ago, and at least 2-3 of the 4 or 5 months I've used them the bottles have been short--not enough pills to fill the pack.I've used another variety from this same company in the past and have been quite satisfied. I switched to these because they are supposed to be a stronger probiotic. But, the other version has 90 pills in the bottle and costs less than this one which is supposed to have 30, but doesn't. I'll probably either switch back or change to another brand.
