I highly recommend this knife the quality is amasing. The cutting abiity is great and the rust resistance is like no other. I will defenetly be repurchasing.

The blade does show the edge holding ability of a superior steel. It remains sharper than another knife of stamped Japanese steel, when both are honed together. The handle is comfortable. Excellent value at its sale price.

I just recently used this product over the weekend. I used it to cut up a whole chicken. I was impressed how easy the knife glide while cutting. My pieces came out neat and did not look like they were mangled. I love how easy I was able to cut the meat from the bones when I did the breast of the chicken so that I was able to cut them in half in order to have more pieces.
