The buck Box here.
- Review for Extra Large Weatherproof Electrical Box, 7 Way Outdoor Junction Box (32*21.2*13.2cm/12.6*8.3*5.2 inch), IP54 Waterproof Outdoor Socket Box, Protect Outlet, Plug, Socket, Timer, Power Strip (Black) || Price: £26.99 (at time of ordering) -Very spacious electrical junction box, with seven sealed cable inlets making it easy to keep everything tidy and organised. It's made of thick, lightweight plastic, and you'd be forgiven for wondering how waterproof it actually is. I decided I'd rather test it first, so I submerged it in a bucket of water lol. I must admit I was very pleasantly surprised to find it remained completely dry inside! On first appearances a basic plastic box, but it absolutely lives up to its description. Highly recommended.

Does what its meant to do!
The media could not be loaded. This seems like a solid way to keep an extension dry!It works as expected, if I'm honest a little better, I put a cable of things I may use outside, popped it in the shower to test and to my surprise after 5 minutes no water was inside. If you look at the photos you'll see drips of water, this is from the cable entry as I took the lid off as the rubber held water still and upon removal some drips went down inside, I think this still fair as everything else is dry. Even the tiny 12v cable for a power tool which I thought would let water in.Seems good value for me, very easy to use, pop cables in, pop lid on, clip down. All feels nicely made with a good fit and finish.I feel putting it under the shower for 5 minutes is but beyond what it's designed for but I'm comfortable using this outside with the chance of light rain!

Large box
This is a large box designed to take an extension lead and various plugs and keep them dry outdoors. This may be for outside lighting or it may be for gardening tools where the extension socket would be lying on wet ground. The box is large but not large enough for a UK four way individually switched extension socket. It will take a three way individually switched or a four way single switched. There are seven cable inlets with rubber grommets to maintain the seals and the lid is held with large clips at each end.The unit is rated at IP54 which means the unit is dust protected, not dust tight and protected against light splashes, not jets of water or immersion.

Will fit in a standard 4 gang straight
Just like it says - this is an extra large outdoor socket box which will keep your electrics dry and safe. I've never come across a box where a 4 gang can fit easily lengthways - normally you have to fit in across the diagonal and then twist the wires around to fit, but, as you can see, this one will actually take 2 4-gangs side by side.Instead of having all the wire outlets in one place, this box favours them leaving the box on each side within their own bespoke channel. It closes with two secure clips on either end (the instructions explain clearly how to open these but are delivered... in the box.The box measures 13" long by 8" wide and 5" deep. It comes complete with fixings to attach it to a wall if this would be your preferred option rather than leaving it simply lying on the floor (after all, it is black and very hard to see at night time unless you know its there!)I'm now set up for Christmas lights season.

Large enough to fit lots of connections and bulky connectors as well
This weatherproof box is quite a large and is capable of holding at least a 4 port extension cable as well as whatever you plug into it. There are very neat ports a total of 7, that you can use to get wires and in out of the box. These are very well designed, with holders on the inside to keep the wires in the right place and also seals that remain water tight. All of this is modular if you want to take away to clean it, or even replace it (they provide a couple of replacements.Listed Price when I reviewed it: £26.99(Disclaimer: I received this for free as part of the Amazon Vine program, but the views here are based on my own experiences and not edited or influenced by anyone)

well made outdoor junction box.
this is a decent junction box. the shell is well constructed and nice and sturdy, the lid has a good clasping mechanism and the cable ports are easy to use and seal well.i already use a box like this to house my equipment for my bbq smoker fan regulator but it's always been a bit crowded, this will make an ideal replacement and has a ton of room.very pleased with it.

Sturdy Electric Box Useful Outdoor During Festive season
The media could not be loaded. The rectangular shaped weatherproof Electrical Box is well made. It is sturdy. The weatherproof Electrical Box and pretty straight forward to use. It comes with fittings in case you want to hang it to the wall or platform. The box has 8 knockout holes which are as good as sealed and one can remove the one which will be in use. The box do provide good safety and protection to the cables from snow and rain. It can easily hold three to four socket extension board. It would be very useful to decorate the house with lots and lots of lights during festive season.
