A notch below perfect
This is the 6th riding horse that we have purchased over the years for our 5 grandkids. This one is nice and furry with very good sound effects that young kiddos love. This one, however, has only a thin cloth "saddle" that does not stay in place when the child climbs on or dismounts. It is also smaller, and therefore for small children only.

The springs are attached into plastic (took almost superhuman strength to attach) HORRIBLE DESIGNWhile playing with after about 3 uses The plastic popped out of the stirrup and caused my child to fall forward and crash onto the floor.

Connecting springs from horse to frame was a no way! Couldn’t be done to stay and be safeDo NOT recommend

very cute and makes noises
i dont like the red rails at bottom they serve no purpose but to trip the toddler, but the horse is so cute and makes trotting and horse noises the baby loved it. I dont like how the springs fit into the little black things that to will pop out when ridden hard. but our little guy loved it

This was a gift and our Son-in-Law didn't complain about assembly so I guess It's all good!
