I am absolutely enthralled with this product! This smooth, well-balanced amino has more than 'just a hint' of garlic without the salty/bitter of regular soy sauce-- and lower in sodium. For me, they can't make a large enough bottle; I use nearly a bottle a week. This is perfect alone as an Asian dipping sauce, marinade or all-purpose table seasoning. It adds an added level of flavor to ground meats, sauces, soups, vinegrettes and even vegetables. If you make jerky, this could be your new best friend. Also sold in teriyaky and spicy varieties. Highly recommend!

I was weary because honestly I'm not a fan of most sauces. I am so do incredibly glad I decided to try this on a whim. Best purchase ever! The way it flavors your food without needing to use half the bottle is so masterful. Wow. Flavor is 5 stars as well.

Not very garlic-y at all, but I like it. It has a nice flavor overall. I just have to add more garlic when I use it.

Delicious flavor to compliment any dish to give it that extra garlicky umami Asian flavor. I’m Chinese and honestly didn’t think I could find a soy sauce replacement to go with my dimsum or dumplings or hainan chicken or stir fry and braises but I love this and it does make me feel so much better knowing it’s better for my health and diet.
