Temperature inside the fridge didn't go down at all even though I set it to 35F. It remained at 70F. And it was frustrating dealing with the manufacturers tech support. All they did was ask me for videos, and there was no resolution in the end, so I just returned it.

Out of the box this thing should have a zero star review and be sent back... BUTJust received this, turned it on it was way too loud. I found the noise was coming from the upper fan. Turned off the unit and inspected the upper fan which was slapping it's own wiring.Because of its size, I decided not to ship it back and fix it myself. Unplugged the unit, took out the four screws holding the upper fan housing, cut two of the four the factory zip ties holding the wiring to the fan housing and held the wiring away from the fan while putting the housing back up with the four screws. This resulted in the wiring being kept away from the fan.Now the unit has a soft, normal, fan noise which shuts off after the unit reaches it's temperature.For me, the fix took less than an hour, so I was ok with it.

Update - The manufacture reached out and offered a different solution. This product is a great size for what we needed it to be. It doesn't cool all the way down (it is set to 38 but it usually hangs around 40-42) but it still keeps drinks cold. We will probably purchase again to have a matching set but I dread going through Amazon. I appreciate the manufacture making things right and in an easy manner.This has been the absolute worst purchase I have ever made on Amazon. We own a small gym and we were so excited to get a nice new fridge in. We paid for in-room delivery and the guys who brought it were great. We got it unboxed and waited overnight to plug in. As soon as we plugged in - the fan made the loudest rattle ever. A screw was loose so my husband tightened it. Okay - not a huge deal. But then the fridge never cooled. We waited a full day with it plugged in to see if it would and it wouldn't. We followed all of the steps in the manual. We called Amazon for support. We googled, we youtubed, everything under the sun. It just doesn't work. Okay - again, disappointing but maybe we can get a return / replacement? Yeah no. I have called Amazon three times and gotten a run around about it being picked up (since it's a LARGE BULKY ITEM) before it can be refunded. Apparently those three words are the key to getting put in the right directly (supposedly). So now - my return window is closing, the item has not been picked up, I keep getting transferred between departments on Amazon, I still don't have a fridge, and I'm out over $1,000. This has been the biggest headache over such a seemingly small problem. I do not understand. Do not buy.

Update. The replace it with new one and took that one back.Open the box and this is what we see would like to get some Money back for it. Just plug it in to see if the temp works. At least get some of my money back if it works. Spending that kinda of money to get a new one and it’s damage.

Worked immediately upon plugging it in. Unit looks really Nice and Cools Great. I have mine set for 45 Degrees as I like my drinks cold. I setup Containers to Disperse different flavors of G2 gatoraide, plus Provide cooling for My insulin. Perfect for the Man Cave

Bought the 14.8cuft. Upon arrival, it looked much than 14.8. Measurements calculate to be barely 11 cuft. Then I found the product number, found the catalog which said it should be 13.8. Thankfully Amazon is great to work with and they processed the return.

I love love this item! I have been looking for a fridge just for beverages to store in my garage and this was perfect for my family. The size were just right. It is pretty loud due to the fan but if it is stored in the garage I cannot hear it at all inside my house.

Showed up to us completely dented on the bottom to the point the lock is extremely difficult to use.
