I was converted to this stuff many moons ago, and don't think I'll ever go back to buying fresh garlic and mincing it myself.Garlic is one of those things that I add to most dishes, but is one of my least favourite things to do in the kitchen - and cleaning a garlic mincer post-cooking is an absolute chore.This stuff is great quality, lasts forever, and really is flavourful. It's just so efficient and user-friendly - just grab a spoonful and add it to your cooking.

Convenient and easy

Not a lot to say here, this is really good garlic for saving time when preparing meals. I’ve used it in anything from slow cooked beef, pasta sauces to mushroom salads and crème based sauces.

It's ok to use but the smell is very very strong so be prepared for that
