The mirror looked Ok but was cracked on delivery. I did not feel the packaging was adequate for an easy broken item.I have noticed other reports of these mirrors being broken on delivery.This company needs to get its packaging right and use specialised delivery couriers.

Delighted with this mirror, looks really classy, and easy to install, unfortunately, had to return first deliver as mirror was smashed. Outside packaging was so badly damaged, it looked like the consignment had been thrown off Beachy Head.

This is actually the second mirror that we have bought from this company. We loved the first one so much we bought the same one for our hallway. We got the bigger size and it looks luxurious. We love it!

First mirror arrived with four chips. Replacement arrived with two large shards missing. Package was in perfect condition. Can only suppose the mirrors were packed broken? My advice would would be to steer well clear of these mirrors unless you enjoy spending a fortune on packing tape to send them back.

I love this mirror,I love the great service,I love speedy delivery from Royal mail to Guernsey Post.I sent for a Mirror weeks ago from another company which took AGES and then say it was returned to them as could not leave mainland.Thank goodness for you guys.Delighted.xxxxxxxxxxxxTake care.
