Well made and larger in size. This would not be good for a toddler but an older child.

I would’ve rated it 5 stars but within 2 weeks the stick fell out :(I gifted this to my daughter for Christmas, needless to say she was thrilled cause she’s been wanting a LeMieux hobby horse for a couple years now. I was very hestiant to purchase because we’ve had $20-$50 hobby horses and within 2-6 months the stick becomes loose or falls out, I am very sad that my worry/fear came true and this hobby horses stick came out within 2 weeks. My daughter is not rough with this horse, she’s created a stable area in her room for it and we don’t let the younger kids play/touch it. She’s only been doing “jumps” and galloping with it or braiding its mane, when she does any sort of “runs” with she has the bridle on, and she holds onto the stick not the head so we were shocked and surprised that the stick decided to “fall” out. I googled ways to reinforce the stick and we went with a gorilla glue fix, hoping this helps it stay in. It is a very pretty horse, the mane is made of thread and my daughter is happy that she can braid it, the fur is soft and the eyes are pretty. For over a $100 you would think the stick would last longer than the cheaper hobby horses.

I’m still going to give the hobby horse a 5 but the head came off the stick the 2nd day my granddaughter got itI’ve ordered another one hopefully this one doesn’t have a defectI reached out to the seller but didn’t get much of an answer maybe a discount on another item would have been a nice gesture
