I am generally easy going. So from a temperament standpoint, I don't notice a difference.They're easy on the stomach, no bloating or adverse effects.

I've been buying much more expensive, brand name Shatvari for years, and I cannot tell any difference in the results of those vs. these. I will definitely look for these again when I run out. Very cost effective.

I started using these for womens health. The package states you have to take 2 per day, and I'm taking one in the morning and one in the afternoon with food. They're a good size, not one of these large pills, but a reasonably easy to take size. I cannot really evaluate if these capsules are helping what I got them for yet, as with most herbal products, you'll have to take this for a while to see. But I have not had any negative side effects at all. I feel more balanced. I like this, glad they're organic too!

I am nervous about products that are not transparent about where the supplements are manufactured, nice to have a 3rd party tested stamp , and traceability . But I am taking a chance ha D:

I will have to update this review, as I've only been taking this Shatavari for about 2 weeks and I'm not sure that's long enough for it to fully take effect. I am hoping that it will help with hot flashes (mostly at night), so that I could possibly reduce my HRT dosages. This is a new supplement for me, which I am trying after reading a study that had positive effects on menopausal symptoms. The dosage is good per capsule, so it seems like a good value compared to some other brands.I've had no stomach or other system upsets from taking this supplement. I will continue taking this and hope that effects will appear soon. This bottle has 180 capsules, which will last quite a few months as I'm only taking one per day. Hopefully I will have good results!
