These have great build quality and have become a staple in my gym routine, I'm a female beginner working at the gym and they're great for pull-up training while my grip strength is still weak.They'd be easy to use for everyone from a beginner to an athlete. The foam stops the bar from digging into my hands and all of the materials and stitching are well-made and sturdy.I find these comfortable to wear and while they're fairly expensive I do think they're worth the price.
