Limited performance but very cheap and does the job
It’s a cheap version of a velux but you get what you pay for. Includes flashing . It’s best application will be for brightening up a dark loft or upstairs room. Up to now completely waterproof . Get what you pay for. I’m satisfied

the 1st came damaged. immediatly replaced by seller. i am very happy with the product which is about a 3rd of the cost of a genuine 'velux'. i am now going to order another one for the other end of attic.
