I bought this printer in November 2024, and I have to say—it’s been absolutely fantastic. It was incredibly easy to set up and use right out of the box. Anytime I’ve needed customer service, the response has been quick and helpful. Everything I’ve printed has come out beautifully.I originally bought this printer to replace one that gave me nothing but headaches. I wasted so much money trying to get that old one to work, and the customer service experience was terrible. In the end, it was less stressful (though more costly) to just buy a new printer—and I’m so glad I did. This one has been nothing short of awesome in the months I’ve had it. Highly recommend!

I received my printer a couple months back and I have nothing but great things to say about it. I love the printer. It works seamlessly. When it first arrived, I had some trouble getting the settings setup correctly. I contacted Jack through with customer service. Jack has been amazing! He walked me through the process and got my printer running smoothly.I received a new laptop for Christmas. Guess what? I again needed help getting the settings correct. I reached out to Jack and again, he helped me. He made sure that I could print several different pictures before our conversation ended.If you're looking for a DTF printer, I highly recommend this one. I am highly impressed with my purchase.

I never leave reviews ( maybe one or two), and I buy a lot of things from Amazon. But this product deserves it.Their customer services is AWSOME ( very very awesome).The quality of the printing once everything is set up correctly it’s AWSOME.It may be a little complicate to set up the system ( it was for me). But they help you with everything, they reply to you very fast.Besides that, they help you with the oven if you have any questions about the temperatures too.This product per its quality and customer services, worth every penny.I just love it!!!!

The printer came on time. Was disappointed the paint and drying powder came later. It is the perfect siz for an at home crafter. Set up wasn’t too bad. Found videos on YouTube and they pretty much walk you through it. The software is terrible. I haven’t yet figured out if I can use a different software. The customer service has been amazing. I reached out via text and was very pleased with how easy that process was. The printer worked well. I do believe if it had better software this printer could be amazing.

The machine works beautifully, and the customer support is amazing! Print quality is wonderful, noise level isn't bad (gets a little loud when cleaning the print heads, but that goes quickly) and the color comes out gorgeous! If you are new to DTF printing, this is the printer for you!

After reading the reviews and doing research on DTF printers in general, I expected a learning curve at the beginning. But other than loading the paper wrong side up, I’ve been able to print perfectly every time. The instructions were very detailed and easy to follow, the software is very easy to use. The bottles provided make ink fill mess free, noise level is minimal and printer speed is much faster than I expected. I love this printer. The only drawback I can find is that the software needs a usb “key” to operate. I decided to use a multi port usb attachment so that I can keep the key attached to the printer cord so I don’t lose it.

Horrible experience with the printer !! Don’t buy when return it the charge you an $800 restocking fee… because I’m rich and can afford to give $800 away.

Super happy with my printer. There was a mistake with the ink shipped. It was missing black ink. They sent 2 blue instead. They ended up sending me a brand new full set of ink at no cost. Much appreciated. I did have trouble getting it to work on my pc. But once i connected it to my laptop it works great. Would highly recommend this printer for beginners.
