Get it! Don't hesitate! It's good!
I researched so many treadmills, and I’m so happy I chose this one. I love the automatic incline/decline feature, and the walking belt is nicely spacious. My husband assembled it in 1-2-3 with no issues at all, which was a huge plus. It may not have a bunch of fancy extras, but it has everything you actually need and delivers exactly what matters. I’m really satisfied with this purchase.

I cannot tell you how many reviews I read until settling on this treadmill
I have literally read so many reviews of treadmills, and searched high and low until I found one that seemed would be a good fit for me. The Sunny Health brand beat the Proform and other local store brands in reviews and in quality from what I found online. I also wanted a treadmill with a small footprint, so it could easily fit in my home, and something that I could both walk and run on. I also wanted an automatic incline, if affordable, to make things easier on me and prevent getting on and off the treadmill. This Sunny Health treadmill met all my requirements for an affordable price, and I'm truly happy I went with this one. When it comes in, let me say, please have two people ready. I am a 5'2, 100 pound female whose husband helped to get it over the threshold into the house and then I slid it across my floors to my six foot long nook. Total mistake. Reason? Because I didn't realize which end was which and I wanted this to face the patio door in my nook so I could look outside while on it. Another mistake? My nook is situated behind the couch with a wall opposite it, so I had a narrow space to work with and unboxing this thing took me a good hour and a half as my husband decided this was the best time to nap, and I refused to not woman up and have it put together when he woke up. I'm an idiot. LOL! This is so nicely packaged that there was no worry about the device having any damage, and I managed to lay it flat, and took a box cutter to cut the whole top off. I was doing a jig at this point because the treadmill looks fantastic and I knew I could get it out in ten minutes. Oh how wrong I was. The front of the device is HEAVY, and as someone who hasn't gone to the gym since I had my last child, my arm strength is lacking. I couldn't move it up an inch. What's more is that there are wood pieces holding this thing in place that are glued to the bottom of the packaging. I had to somehow pick it up to go over those humps. I struggled for an hour and a half until I got my two kids to step in the are of the box I managed to wiggle it out from for weight, and I then I picked up the non heavy end and "walked" the front over the humps. After finally getting it out, I did have to have one child hold the arms and top area of the treadmill up while I screwed the screws in. Once done, it was super easy to finish the set up, and I oiled under the treadmill mat, and was ready to turn it on. (side note, husband woke up, and helped me turn it around. With no wheels, it was a feat for me, not so much for his 6'2 self). After I let it run for a minute to oil the mat up, I was ready to roll! There is an on switch on the bottom front of the device, and from there the controls light up. The handles do have the up/down for incline on the left and the up/down for speed on the right. They also have a pulse reader on the handles, but I don't find it works well at all, and sometimes I get a little static shock on the left handle as an FYI. The face of the device has your start and stop, your time, quick buttons for speed in two increments (2 mph, 4, 6, 8 mph), has incline quick buttons, and music buttons on top that I don't use at all. There is also a magnetized latch that magnetizes in the middle of the treadmill at the bottom, and the clamp goes on you just in case you fall. The magnet is wrenched off, and it does stop immediately! In use, this treadmill does have a soft landing feature, which means when it's up you have to use your foot to push the pole in the middle, and the treadmill mat will start extremely slowly lowering. I have no fear of it being pushed and one of my kids trapped beneath it as it's like watching paint dry for it to fully lower. I did purchase four thick pads off of Amazon, and I have two under the front edges, and when it lowers, I bend down and wait for it the end edges to almost touch the floor before sliding them beneath so my floor is protected. I do find I have to really push this lever to get it to go down, but that could just be me as my husband was watching me flounder, and stepped on it, and it immediately started going down. Again, I'm only 5'2, so my stride is short and I walk normally anywhere from 3 to 3.7 mph. Jogging on this is at a 4-4.5 mph, and 5 mph is my max limit currently for my short legs. I was afraid this would be too slow for me to run on, but no way! I could do a full sprint and still not be on 8 mph which is the max. It runs smooth, but when I run, because I am in a nook area, my steps do echo to me. I have had treadmills before and I don't feel this is any louder than those. This is also in my living room, so when I am on it, my husband tends to put on his headset to listen to the tv and drown out my footfalls. The max weight on this is 240, and my husband tops out at 240-245 so he hasn't tried to go on it yet. I will update if he does to see how well it worked with him on it. In all, I love this treadmill and it's smallness, the buttons are amazing and work great, it's a smooth surface to run or walk on, and super easy to put together. I love the soft close and how easy it is to pick the treadmill surface up. The incline is smooth also, and gives a great workout. The only issues I could nitpick at is trying to get it out of the box on my own, and I wish the screen was a lot taller. It does have a phone holder, but then I have to look down to view it, and some other treadmills I saw had a raised top area so you're looking at height level as there was a phone holder on the very top of it. I thought about putting a small magnet on my door so my phone could magnetize to it and it would be height level for me. So if you're taller than 5'2, you'd definitely be looking straight down to watch anything and after a time that does strain your neck. Again, that's my only would be issues that very nitpicking. Otherwise I love this treadmill, and do recommend it!

Great Value
I recently purchased it and have been pleasantly surprised by its overall performance. The assembly process was straightforward and user-friendly, which was a big plus for me as I'm not particularly handy. In terms of functionality, this treadmill delivers exactly what I need for my home workouts. The range of speed settings and incline options provides a versatile workout experience. However, one notable downside is that the treadmill does generate some noise when in use, particularly noticeable when walking or jogging. It's not excessively loud, but it's definitely audible. For me, this isn't a dealbreaker, especially considering the price point. But for those seeking a whisper-quiet machine, this might be something to consider. Overall, considering its affordability and ease of assembly, this treadmill is a solid choice for those looking for a reliable workout option at home. Despite the minor noise issue, it delivers a commendable performance and functionality. Pros: Budget-friendly Easy assembly Versatile speed and incline settings Decent cushioning for joint comfort Cons: Generates noticeable noise when in use, particularly while walking

Sunny Treadmill-Model SF-T7515 / Delivered with care
Just received my treadmill and it was delivered with care, not a mark on the box it came in and when unpacked the treadmill is brand spanking new. No dents, or marks of any kind. 5 stars for excellent shipping, thank you Amazon I was so worried about it due to some negative reviews regarding shipping. Set up was easy and quick according to my son and husband, lubricated and tested the functions and all is in working order. Be aware that this treadmill is very solid and heavy (143lbs) outside of the box, at least two people needed to move and remove from the box. Wanted something a little bit more heavy duty in the hopes this treadmill will last in the years to come. Reading instructions in the manual and will begin using starting tomorrow. From the look and feel of this treadmill I am hoping not to have any issues but will update if anything changes. Update: 6-11-2024 Been using the treadmill about a week and so far, great! No issues so far and I love that I get a good workout and work up a good sweat. Very easy and comfortable to use and I love reading while I walk and before I realize it, I have walked almost 2 miles. For me that is a milestone since I am way past my twenties. If you are looking for a treadmill, buy with confidence as it is sold and shipped by Amazon. Also, I highly recommend purchasing the Asurion protection plan they are a very good company to deal with. Good luck and happy buying. P.S. If you do purchase, be sure to read the user manual regarding use and care of the machine. They have very useful information that is important, and I just wanted you to be aware of.

I would not buy a treadmill with less width or length than this one has
4/21/2022 - Update after using this treadmill for about a year I use the treadmill 4 to 5 times a week for 2.5 miles at 3.5 MPH over varying inclines from 0 to 3. The treadmill has been flawless so far. Highly recommended. End of Update I also would NOT get a treadmill without auto incline. Doing it manually means getting off the treadmill and manually adjusting a plastic piece at the rear of the treadmill. Belt width on this treadmill is 16.5", length is 49.5". I'm 5' 10" and if not careful (and my feet move towards the rear of the treadmill a little). I can feel where the belt is joined. Staying a little forward avoids that. Very easy to assemble comprising 6 bolts with lock washers and 4 screws. Their screw driver isn't much good, I would use your own. They provide two allen wrenches of slightly different sizes but only one size is needed. The treadmill appears very sturdy, easy to fold up, easy to let down again. Bluetoothj speakers work OK to my Android phone. Not great speakers but wouldn't expect them to be great (after all, it is a treadmill). The speakers are certainly listenable to. The treadmill motor is very quiet also. I did purchase the mat by Sunny that the treadmill sits on. Per the instructions, I did lube under the belt before use. Probably worth ordering more when you order the treadmill. Using more than 5 hours per week...they recommend lubing monthly. All in all, a very good treadmill (not that I am any expert <g>). Update 2/21/2021 I’ve used this for the last several weeks now. I really like the treadmill. Seems to be well made, was well packed. The only very minor gripe I have is that between my phone volume control and the volume control on the treadmill it is a little difficult to get the volume just right. Either a little too soft or a little too loud. Not a big deal. The treadmill really needs a more granular volume control. Update 2/27/2021 I don't take any stock in the pulse readings. I see wildly fluctuating numbers given during various times during my walking sessions. I walk 2.5 miles at 3.5mph 6 times per week. I see pulse fluctuations from the 80/90 mark after, say 1 mile, and release my fingers or thumbs from the handles. 20 or 30 seconds later, when testing again, I see figures in the 120/130 range and once as high as 170. 20 or seconds later it is back to 80/90. Doesn't make sense to me. Update 4/1/2021 I sent an email to the manufacturer about 4 weeks ago. I had an observation about the display showing "Fat" and the manual showing "BMI" as well as asking a question about programming custom treadmill programs. As of today, I have had NO REPLY. Makes me wonder what would happen if I had a warranty claim (I don't ATM). Still not a good indication of support from the company. Lowering the rating to 3* due to this. 6 month (or so) update. Having used this treadmill for around 6 months, I have raised the rating to 4*. The only real issue that I can mildly criticize is that the volume steps seem to be too far apart to get the volume to a level that I am OK with. It's either a bit too loud or too soft. I have played with the volume on both the treadmill and my phone but can never seem to quite get it right. All in all, not much of a criticism hence raising the review to 4*

Love it!
So I waited awhile to write a review. I loved how easy it was to assemble. It is in NO WAY light or easy to manuver. I can't do it without my husband helping me so now it just stays where it is. I'm 5'8 125 lbs and the tread length is good enough for me to walk on. I have a fairly long stride so I haven't hit back or front yet. I use it almost every single day and everything seems to be working well. No complaints. I have sensory issues with loud noises and this is just a regular humm of a treadmill and footfall. You can easily watch TV and listen to music without turning it up loud to hear over the treadmill. I oil mine every other week because I walk 5 miles every other day normally but sometimes every day so it gets a lot of use. The auto incline is awesome just a touch of a button onthe handle or display is perfect. I'm not to sure the BP works properly but it is a nice feature that I should compare to my fit app on my wrist. Pushing up the treadmill really takes up the exact same amount of space so to me it is not really space saving at all but it does make it easier to move if you need to. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase and glad it had such awesome reviews to help me decide. Great investment for my health and it also saved my wallet because of the reasonable price! Love it.

Sunny Health and Fitness Gives a Shoulder Shrug to Customer Issues
I was very disappointed with my experience with the company that makes this treadmill - even though, overall, I really liked the product. I did notice a couple of things right away, though. First, as noted in several other reviews, I got a shock every time I touched the metal strips on the handrails. We tried covering them up with velcro strips, but that did not help. Second, the “up arrow” to raise the incline didn’t work when starting at no incline. I had to press the “3” for incline level 3 and then back down to 1. The treadmill also starts at 0.6 miles; you cannot start at 0. Okay - I was willing to deal with what I considered to be minor inconveniences. After about a week of use, however, the Pause/Stop buttons (one button actually, with two sides to it) stopped working. You have two choices, then, of how to get off. One, pull the clip out - this jolts the treadmill to an immediate stop, which can totally knock you off balance. The second is to lower the speed to 0.6 - again, you cannot go to 0 - and get off while the treadmill is running. This, of course, is a deal breaker. So then we began with the real problem - Sunny Health and Fitness customer service. My husband contacted the company because if they were going to make troubleshooting suggestions - which they did - that is not an area I am comfortable with. So after asking for several items of proof of ownership and of the problems - asking for videos illustrating the problems, for example - they then sent us a video of how to do the troubleshooting. The video was of the wrong model. They then sent another video, which was corrupted. At this point, they suggested to my husband that he open the console and reseat the cables. (I’d like to mention that I personally don’t even know what that means and don’t understand why I am having to troubleshoot a brand-new $700 treadmill. But okay). This did nothing. At this point, they told us that they would send us parts - we don’t even know what parts - and that this would be sent out in 2-3 business days and then add to that whatever amount of time it takes to send out via postal ground. We informed them that I only had a week to return this item through Amazon, which is how I purchased it. My husband asked that they send the parts overnight. In this way, we could see if the replacement parts fixed the problem and still have time to return the product via Amazon if not. They replied that they do not send things overnight. So here’s the deal - I really liked the treadmill, in spite of the more minor issues I encountered before this more important problem of not being able to use the Pause/Stop buttons. I did not want to risk not receiving whatever these parts were - how could they even know what was needed at this point - or of receiving them, and they didn’t fix the problem. By the time all of that would have happened, I would have missed the return date on Amazon and no doubt been stuck dealing further with the company directly in order to get this problem resolved. I would have been glad to give them another chance if they had either overnighted whatever these parts were, giving us a chance to see if that fixed the problem, or if they had offered to replace the treadmill. Instead, they did neither and did not seem to care at all if we just returned it. So that’s what we did. I am now looking for another company to buy a treadmill from - one that will care about its customers enough not to act like it’s their problem to fix if the treadmill doesn’t work. I got a big shoulder shrug from Sunny Health and Fitness. I am just grateful that I purchased this from Amazon, who made the return process extremely easy and did not try to jerk me around in the process.

Solid for the money
UPDATE 12/18/25: Still using it daily, but I've lost about 100lb so its not working near as hard. Honestly the best $700 I've spent in a very long time. Been waiting for something to happen so I can upgrade to a life fitness machine but it just keeps on ticking. UPDATE 10/23/25: Still going strong with almost daily use of around an hour at 6-12 incline. Still really wish it had custom programs you could set up. Only thing that consistently bugs me, but I'm still very happy with the purchase. Use this every day to incline walk 45+ minutes at 3mph at 200+lbs. No issues after 3 months. Only thing I wish it could do is set up a couple of custom programs for walking, but I understand why it doesn't at this price. I'd for sure pay more for that feature though. If anything does break it should be pretty easy to replace the motor or whatever since it's super easy to access and parts are easy to get from the manufacturer. Will update if it ever breaks or when I reach a year.
