Heliocare face sunscreen
Just the best sunscreen !. Suits my skin perfectly and gives a lovely dewy finish and protection from UV rays. I've been using it for 5 years now and wouldnt use any other sunscreen .

Keep coming back to this nothing compares
I wanted a tinted sunscreen as i don’t like foundation but the tinted sunsense is too oily for me and the ultrasun version is very matte and not easy to spread at all and a tad too dark for me. However, this looks like a bit of makeup on the skin so beware of that if you were after something really sheer. It is quite thick although runny coming out of the bottle. It has a strong and strange smell. It is a good balance of glow and matte. More glowy than my ultrasun but less so than sunsense. It also is flattering and blurs pores as i have very large pores which look worse with foundation. I am an nc20 type of shade normally the second lightest in most brands and beige is surprisingly not too dark as I initially couldn’t find pearl. It does give me a tiny bit of a tan but it is very flattering with yellow undertones. Anyone lighter would beed pearl. Or have to mix the two. Edit: I keep coming back to this I always get comments about how young I look and when I catch myself in the mirror I am amazed. Lasts and looks better as the day goes on. I tried australian gold and it was horrid it sat on the skin like a silicone primer that i could feel moving around. The heliocare feels as if its wets to the touch but it clings so well onto the skin. The it cc cream (the normal one not matte or glowy) in comparison clings to the skin well like this that has more coverage than this and is a bit more matte making it feel just like foundation which i dislike. Also, the best thing if you want coverage and have acne this won’t break you out and almost feels like it has helped heal it when I wash it off at the end of the day.

Amazing
Got this in Beige which is a perfect colour match for me. I think this colour is very forgiving, so you could either be a shade lighter or darker and you'd be just fine. I usually wear either of these foundations: Medium Beige in IT Cosmetics CC Cream / Dark Beige in their Compact Foundation. Buff in Estee Lauder, or Beige Jasmin in Lancome Teint Idole Ultra Wear. This is the first time I've used Heliocare as a Foundation as I usually use their normal 360 face sunscreen, but I have to tell you guys, this is a game changer for me. I love Heliocare and have always worn it under my foundations, but this Color Gel Oil-Free Beige is something I can wear on it's own and quite happily go without my foundation. It's not heavy or gloopy, and it glides on lovely to give an even finish without much blending. It's not going to offer the same coverage as my usual foundations, but it's good enough for day wear. I do have a few red blotches and thread veins on my face, and this covers them perfectly, but it doesn't cover my pigmentation marks [which I don't normally hide anyway, even with my foundations]. For me, this is a perfect day wear coverage and protection, either at work or out in the sun. Unless Heliocare comes up with something better, this is now my go to forever - I love it. Some reviews mention it is too thick, or they can't blend it- read the instructions, that's why they are printed! You have to shake the container and the fluid comes out perfect. The seller was extremely quick to dispatch and deliver, so thank you and I will continue to purchase from them when I'm almost out of this one.

First I’ve had success with
I can’t compliment this product enough. I’ve never been able to use SPF as it breaks me out terribly. But this product goes on beautifully, doesn’t make your skin greasy and has the perfect level of tint so you get enough coverage that you don’t need anything else on. My go to day to day wear. Also sits beautifully under a full face of make up if you need it just for SPF.

Good & bad
I do like this product and will continue to do so as I havent found a better coverage sunscreen. Although the coverage is great, its just a shame how easily it comes off/melts :( One drop of rain/water and your face looks like it’s melting… apart from that, it is a great product - looks amazing on my face and it has amazing coverage.

Weird smell
I want to like this because it has lots of good points; the colour is good, if a little orangey (I’m slightly olive skinned and the colour may be too dark/orange for very pale skinned people) and it gives *great* coverage, even over blemishes. It’s a little tacky to apply, but that’s quite common for these sunscreen-type foundations. Unfortunately, it has the weirdest, indescribable, off putting chemical smell that’s obvious from the moment you pump and remains obvious while it’s on your face all day. For this reason, I wouldn’t buy this particular heliocare product again, though I’m usually a fan of their range.

Excellent coverage great quality and value
Excellent foundation love it but I had to but the pearl and the beige to blend together to get the colour that I wanted the pearl was fine but too light for summer so I just blend the two for a perfect colour match . Its spf 50 is perfect its special fern filter technology works a treat I have scaring on my face and need a totally block spf 50 to prevent the scars getting darker and this works so well I also use as a base the heliocare 360 face suncream liquid spf 50 as a foundation base . I have spent so much over the years trying to find the perfect foundation and now finally I have . I have used the boots no 7, clinique Lancome ,urban decay , bio derm , Chanel benifit, spending over 70 quid or more but they never stayed on or caused me to look too dark in complexion as they matched wrong to my skin I have always asked for help on the makeup counter and followed their advice and had it applied before purchasing but under the shop lights and with them using other products to try and sell you more you never truly get what you need I came across this range whilst looking for a good face suncream and now I wear every day no clogged up pores no spots and does not rub off so for example doesn't stick to your phone screen or wipe onto clothes as other have . I totally recommend this range and it removes easily at the end of the day I use a cream make up remover from Nivea.
