⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Reliable Power, Smart Features & Brilliant for Low-Light Use
The Anker SOLIX C300 Portable Power Station has been an excellent, dependable bit of kit and feels thoughtfully designed from start to finish. What really stands out: • Strong, usable power output — comfortably runs laptops, phones, lights, and other everyday essentials. • Clear, simple display — shows battery level, input/output, and remaining power at a glance. • Multiple output options — AC sockets, USB-A, and USB-C cover most devices without adapters. • Built-in illumination bar — a genuinely useful feature, not a gimmick. It has three separate brightness levels, making it ideal for low-light or night-time environments, power cuts, camping, or working after dark. Important things buyers usually want to know: ✔️ Easy to use — intuitive controls, no complicated setup. ✔️ Quiet operation — no constant fan noise. ✔️ Portable but solid — easy to carry, yet feels well built and durable. ✔️ Versatile charging — can be charged from the mains, car, or compatible solar panels. Practical notes: • The light bar is perfect for emergency use, tents, or lighting a small room during outages. • Solar panels are optional but add real flexibility if you’re off-grid. • This is ideal for backup power, not running large appliances continuously. Bottom line: If you want a compact, well-built power station with genuinely useful features — including excellent built-in lighting for night-time use — the Anker SOLIX C300 is a great choice. Reliable, practical, and well thought out. Highly recommended for power cuts, camping, travel, or emergency preparedness.

Awesome bit of tech, bit heavy tho
The day this arrived the power went out, was able to plug the internet box in and contact parent to sort it out, pulling 30 watts from the internet box it was saying it would last 5-8 hours. Got lots of ports 3 usb c, 1 usb a, car socket and 2 plug sockets. Design also looks cool but do keep in mind the vents at the side are open and dust and debris could get in. Charging is fast and you can change the speed incase you are worried about longevity of the battery cells. Only gripes are that is very heavy and weighed me down riding a bike alot and no shoulder strap like on the photos, I just assumed that would be included. Besides from that it's a wonderful power bank for camping, traveling or power outages. Highly recommend!

Power bank
This power bank is brilliant it's good for backup and outdoor use I personally use my more Outdoors to get power to my shed I've used it in a power cut it lasted fine charges by solar panel brilliant I have a 60 watt solar panel in direct sun it takes about seven to nine hours to charge fully

Camping kit upgrade
Good little addition and to the camping equipment with enought sockets and connection ports. Great to be able to see how much charge it still hold but it did drain faster than I expected so probably wouldn't get me through a full weekend away with phones, speaker and Ipads but for the price it does a job. Recharge time however so super quick so if you have somewhere to charge up you'll have that convenience in the middle of the field.

Few minor negatives but generally a great power station
First off, the marketing of the C300 is ridiculous, parading this 4kg brick around on a shoulder strap is laughable and the lugs for a shoulder strap (AC model) are pointless imho, but the integrated handle is good. Personally I bought this for power outages at home and car based camping trips. Each model has slight advantages over each other but I went for the AC model which is a bit bigger and heavier but I don’t intend to be carrying it far and offers more flexibility. Both have the same capacity but the AC model can be charged slightly quicker (330w vs 280w) with a single mains cable without a power brick. The DC model can be charged almost as fast (80% in 60mins vs 50min) but requires x2 140W chargers and of course you loose ability for pass-through charging while in use. The AC version comes with x1 less USB-C and x1 less USB-A ports but I purchased a Syncwire mini car charger in a matching blue/silver which sits completely flush giving those x2 ports back (45w each), plus the x2 AC outlets of course. My only other gripe is that all but the light button still have an annoying hollow click to them like the previous generation (521 etc). The light button has a nice quiet click, why they didn’t apply this to all the buttons im not sure. If size and weight are really important to you, you only have USB powered devices and you prefer a pop-up 360 light get the DC, otherwise the AC with 600W surge and UPS function might be a better potion.

Sturdy and light weight power bank.
Small & lightweight. Charges phones very quickly. Does just over 2 x charges of a completely flat laptop. Useful for transferring some power into flat ebike battery. Recharges fast via 230V. (1 hour). You need a 140W, 3A+ fast charging USB cable to charge via USB. (Would take 11 hours though). I’ve not managed to charge via car or campervan. But this is the low level cables in the car/van not the power bank. Not tried solar. As don’t have a panel. I’m very pleased with the power bank. I bought it to recharge my laptop.

Does not show actual power output and useless customer service
I have purchased both C300 and C800 models. They are both reasonable charger but only shows output above 40-50 watts. I am using this for BB router, splitters and LCD TV in UPS mode. I use a smart energy plug to schedule off/on time. The output power when the TV is off is around 30-35 watts. The unit shows zero. The app also shows zero output. When the TV is actual the output goes to 70 to 100 watts. The output is shown but less than actual. It seems this unit does not register output is the consuption is less than 40 watts and when values are shown incorrect. The charge level drops consistently but output shows zero or when above 50 watts shows incorrect values. Both C300 and C800 have the same issue. I trust my £10 worth of TP Link smart plug (Tapo P110) than this expensive unit. I contacted the customer support with very clear description of the issue. It seems they either did not understand this or replied in a generic way that does not answer to my question. I clarified my question further but did not receive any reply in the last 48 hours.
