Finally !!! It really helps reduce bloating after meals. I usually feel relief within 30 minutes, especially after eating dairy or heavy foods. The capsules are small, easy to swallow, and don’t leave any aftertaste. I like that it’s made with natural ingredients like fennel and lemon balm, and it’s non-GMO. However, it’s a bit pricey, especially since you need to take 2–3 capsules per meal. For me, it works most of the time, but not every single meal. I’ve read some people didn’t feel a difference and asked for refunds, so results may vary. Overall, it’s a helpful digestive aid if you struggle with bloating and don’t mind the cost.

I usually get bloated very easily when eating certaing types of foods. A little expensive since a serving size is 3 pills but I actually think these work! And pretty quickly! Tried them after a social event with lots of heavy passed apps, desserts and alcohol. The uncomfortably bloated feeling settled almost right away.
