As advertised
Works great. Installed after our tank water heater busted. Used it everyday for six months no issue. Would buy again.

Nice Unit - Easy Install.
So Far So Good, simple install and it worked first pass, I took the original(only one year old) back to camper dealer and left it on their Entrance with a note to all customers on the Junk they put into Springdale campers and the lies the sales folks tell!!

UPDATED... Off center and .5” wider than description.
I have upgraded from 1 to 4 stars, not for the product, but for the customer service I received. I did not make a mistake in ordering this door - The issue is the clarity of the listing. Maybe my case is the odd one, but it is the truth, and I had to change gears and improvise at the last minute. I did receive a refund, (Thank you KingRVer!) ORIGINAL REVIEW: The dimension width is 18.5” not 18. This made all the difference on my clients rig. Couldn’t install for that reason, as well as theis: the hole for the water heater IS NOT CENTERED!! It’s placed all the way to the right side, instead of being in the center. What an arbitrary decision. Makes no sense at all, and again, made it impossible to install in my clients coach. (The original water heater has rounded corners on the tank , of course. This tank is exactly square, and that square edge used up the space in the bottom corner inside the water heater compartment, and hit against a plumbing pipe. Would not work. If it were CENTERED, the fitment would have been almost perfect, except for the extra 1/2” on the door. Probably doesn’t make much sense what I’m typing but might possibly help someone to be aware of fitment. Now I’ll have to customs make a flange that will hold this water heater. (I do like the water heater though.)

Keep working, the company will eventually make everything good
This water heater was non-functioning from the start, but after a long process of troubleshooting, the company sent a new motherboard, and that fixed everything! I had my first hot shower in months, thank you.

Always a problem. I have since decided to take the loss and go back to a tank system.
It does not work well at all. I did receive a new mother board. But it also does not work. The instructions say it works from 10 to 17 volts. I have tried 11.7 to 14 volts, correct and new propane and water psi and it has failed to work correctly since got it. I think Fogatti needs to take this one back to the drawing board.

Works great... So far
So far it's great! Was a very snug fit and had to make a home Depot run for some fittings. Heats great finally a long hot shower! Now we wait to see how long it last and how much propane it uses.

Decent water heater, BUT….
This is a 6 month honest review of my option of this water heater. This replaced my old 6 gal Dometic water heater which had a hole in the tank in my Grand Design Reflection fifth wheel. Install was very easy and it fit like a glove. Love how sleek and clean it is but after about 6 months of full time Rv living usage it started throwing an E8 code on the digital screen. The owners manual states that it’s a wind pressure switch failure. Couldn’t find the original OEM one anywhere so replaced the wind pressure switch with a similar one I ordered off Amazon. It made the showers a little longer lasting with hot water but will still throw the E8 code and then the water turns cold. Not sure if I got a lemmon or if this isn’t a good water heater for full time Rv life. Probably will be purchasing a better quality one like a Furrion, Rec Pro or Suburban. It’s a 50/50 shot in my opinion. I ordered it due to the great reviews but mine is no longer working and I’ve done all I know to do for it. 3 stars. Would be five it it was still functioning
