Honestly did not think I would like these as much as I do. They felt funky on one foot the first couple of days but my feet no longer hurt after LONG days of standing on concrete floors at work. They aren't squishy, cozy but my pain is gone. If they are spreading good juju through my body as well I will take it!

The only positive thing I can say about these insoles is that they're colorful. I have a host of foot problems, so I'm always on the lookout for a good insole. Since the product description claimed that these insoles addressed and alleviated many of these issues, and since the product reviews were both numerous and relatively high, I made the purchase. The insoles arrived yesterday, just in time for a planned 8-mile walk. They felt a bit weird with all their funny bumps, but that itself wasn't the problem. Despite being the number one product claim, these insoles have next to nothing in the form of arch support, just a flimsy little flap that can be flattened with the least amount of force. The real problem, however, was that after a few miles, I became painfully aware that the rough area on the back of the insole was doing its best to rub a blister on my heel, causing me to stop and remove the insoles, continuing my walk without them. So, to go down the checklist: 1) poor value for the money, 2) inferior quality, and 3) not only failing to alleviate the foot pain but actually causing additional pain.

These insoles are nice on my feet. They did help with my foot pain. They are easy to fit into your shoes with little to no cutting. They support my foot well. So far they seem to be holding up well. However they aren't for weight loss.

They hurt my feet after a couple of hours. Not to mention my back, ankles, hips. . . It could be my own personal foot issues. However, I cannot wear them for very long

I am a nurse and wanted to get soles to help with all my standing and walking. These soles did the trick. They fit well and comfortable. It is a small massage when you walk. It was well worth the money. I have used mine for several months and they have held up and still going strong.

I'll echo others complaints here as I have lived them. The bright green hexagonal bubble cushion is very uncomfortable as its wedged painfully right next to the first big toe joint at the base - it felt like i had a stone in my shoe. I had to cut my walk short as it was going to cause a blister. The other metallic magnets are fine and feel nice on the foot. I'll echo others in saying the arch support is barely there and overall the inserts could be a lot thicker and more cushioned. I had to double up and put this on top of an existing cushioned insert. I'm going to try taking the hexagonal bubble cushion off and try again tomorrow. It seems like it's glued on. I may update my review based on my continued use.

Die beste Einlegesohle die ich je hatte. War zuerst sehr skeptisch, da ich aber viel von Akupunktur und Akupressur halte habe ich sie trotz hohem Preis bestellt. Wie immer von Amazon schnell geliefert habe ich sie gleich in meine Bafußschuhe gelegt und sie bis abends nicht mehr ausgezogen. Sehr angenehm zu tragen, kein Drücken, kein Verrutschen einfach nur angenehm für die Füße und Beine. Meine Knieschmerzen sind erheblich besser und ich war über 2 Stunden am nächsten Tag auf den Beinen. Vorher konnte ich höchstens 15 Minuten ohne mich hinzusetzen durchhalten. Habe sie nun fast 2 Wochen im Dauergebrauch und kann sie sehr empfehlen. Abnehmen tut man nicht! Habe mir gleich ein zweites Paar bestellt.

On sent d'abord les points sur la plante des pieds , puis très vite c'est Confortable, et on ne les sent plus du tout. On se sent comme dans une pantoufle.

Not very good. Just a basic insole with a few lumps and metal bits, very gimmicky. Also, my feet are size 11 and the toe parts end up under my toes so not much benefit. I thought the insole would be thicker with a lot more support. Very expensive for what you get.
