I really like the watch for my purposes. I wanted a watch that is not too pricy and that can read my step count in a day and read my HR while running. It does that for sure, besides measuring O2. I record my sleep as well. It doesnt bother me to wear the watch while sleeping. I absolutely love the part that I can answer phone calls and I can be heard perfectly fine and I can hear the caller very well. I do not need to hold my wrist to my face while on a call. It works just fine doing what you do. I didn't try out yet the part of being water resistant, I do take it off when stepping in the shower. I changed my watch face to a cat and it is animated, moving. Super cute. Touch screen works just fine. I wish I could tap on a message when iy comes in so I can read the whole message, but at least I can see who it is from and the first few lines. I will need to familiarize myself more with the watches uses, but I will get there. Great watch for an unbeatable price. I got mine with a Amazon coupon and only paid $42.

I have had a Samsung watch that I bought at the beginning of the year that would not stay charged more than 18 hours with all connections turned off (phone, emails, notifications, etc.). I decided I didnt need a Smart Watch if I have to turn everything off, and it still did not stay charged very long. So, I went on Amazon and started to look for a watch that closely matched my current watch, except it would have to stay charged for much longer. I want to say how incredibly happy I am with this watch. It has all items active on the watch and stays charged at least a WEEK so far!! I love this watch. It delivered in beautiful wrapping and works almost Exactly like the watch that is 4 times as much but has a better battery. It also has the same active options if you want to keep track of your health. My daughter bought one because she was so impressed! Thank you so much for a great watch, Fitpolo! I would definitely buy this watch if you want a new, great watch.

So far so good! The features are very similar to the Apple Watch, with maybe even more than my last one. However, I did knock off one star because there are just a few things that could be improved (although minor in grand scheme). Functionally this watch is working great! Setup was a breeze and not difficult at all. Brightness is great! Since I have not had it very long, I will have to come back to update on durability once I’ve put it through the wringer a bit more. I’ve not yet had any issues with connecting to my phone and I can receive calls. Have not noticed getting messages on here - but I also did not buy it for that feature. Design wise - it’s frustrating to have to pay for some of the watch face options, and more frustrating that you can’t personalize it beyond a picture. For instance, I can upload a picture as my watch face, but I can only see the time and date, not how much battery is left or steps, miles. Minor, but important enough to me. Overall, at this time, I would 10/10 recommend this watch to anyone. What an affordable, seemingly high quality watch that is very compatible to a much more expensive Apple or android watch. I regret not purchasing this sooner!

I purchased the Smart Polo watch after my Fitbit versa died. It was meant to be a temporary affordable replacement, but I’ve actually found it easier to use than the versa. It syncs easily with my phone and does everything I need (which is mostly counting steps and telling time). It can monitor sleep, energy level, and will ask me when I’m walking to my office if I’m on an indoor walk or an outdoor walk. There’s lots of options for watch face and the band is comfortable. I’m glad I took the chance on this one.

I purchased this watch a few months ago and overall have been very happy with it. Unfortunately, after some time it stopped charging. I tried a replacement charger and went through all the recommended troubleshooting steps, but the issue persisted. What really stood out to me was the customer service. The Fitpolo support team was extremely responsive, professional, and patient throughout the process. They took the time to walk me through multiple troubleshooting steps via email and genuinely tried to resolve the issue rather than rushing to conclusions. As for the watch itself, it does exactly what I need it to do. It syncs seamlessly with Google Fit, transfers data reliably, and accurately tracks my steps and sleep, which were the two most important features for me. The interface is easy to use, and the connection has always been stable. While issues can happen with any electronic device, how a company handles them matters—and in this case, Fitpolo absolutely delivered. Fast communication, clear instructions, and a fair resolution. That level of customer care is rare and deserves recognition. I would confidently recommend this watch, especially knowing the company stands behind it if something goes wrong.

I’d recommend it! It never hurts to keep track of your steps and health. The watch is incredibly sleek and comfortable plus the setup was easy. I’m super happy with it and it feels solid and durable. The notifications are spot on so you never miss anything either, the exercise feature is really nice, and it’s lightweight.

I bought this for my wife for Christmas. She is very pleased with it, I am happy to say, so good deal! It took a bit of time to get it set up, though. My experience was that I was forced to download an app first. After connecting the app to the watch via Bluetooth, I used the device menu in the app to complete additional setup and browse the list of available watch faces to find one that was free and appealed to my wife. There are quite a few health and exercise-related functions that we've yet to explore in depth, but it seems the watch automatically tracked my wife's steps and informed her of how many she had completed in a day, with 10,000 steps as some goal.

Only had this watch for a couple of days and I'm overall pleased with its performance, looks great on my wrist and its unbelievable light weight. The battery life so far seems decent. Only wish there was a calendar and more ringtones or sounds for the incoming notices and alarm. Two thumbs up for price really not much terrible I can say about this smartwatch..
