I’ve been using Digitek products regularly and have rarely faced any issues. However, this was the first time I ordered a mic on Cash on Delivery, and I was shocked to receive an empty box. Since the package felt unusually light, I recorded an unboxing video—though it was shot with one hand while opening the box with the other. I uploaded the video as proof. Anyone purchasing should make sure to record the unboxing properly to avoid any complications. That said, Digitek is generally a reliable brand in terms of product quality. I will share an update once the refund is processed, as another item was also missing from the package.

A great prodcut but not upto the mark there is a problem of range when I have used this in my shop , the mentioned range is higher then compared to the real range but after that all of it are good compatibility, connectivity and sturdiness, battery life and durability are great

Not upto the mark I'm not satisfied with this product i don't recommend anyone to buy it , spend a little more go for dji mic or lark holland not this one.

I hate it. it's been about 6 months since I've been using this and it sucks. The audio has a weird hum that doesn't go away. You have to speak super loud or have the mic to your mouth if you want clear audio which doesn't make sense. The noise cancellation is absolutely useless since it doesn't work outdoors. 1 star because it gets the work done.
