BEST PULLUP AVAILABLE ANYWHERE
These are the BEST pullups for your money. My mom uses them and has had no complaints. They used to be individually wrapped but that changed ( yea!) Light lavender but you cannot see them even through white slacks. Mom has a bit if a "over hang" with her tummy but the cloth is large enough to completely cover it so she is protected all over. There is not a fragrance so thats great. No rash or itching from unwanted additives. Super absorbent and absorbs quickly so no skin problems. Overall I would not buy anything else for my mom. She's happy and that makes me happy too! She has tried MANY pullups from no name brand to the expensive brands and there is no comparison. These are very affordable and packaged well. I know you'll love them. We do

Works as expected - give peace of mind
I'm sure there are a multitude of reasons and levels of immediacy for use of these types of products. I use them for peace of mind when going out and about without worrying that I can find a bathroom in time while shopping, driving, running errands - fortunately most of the time they aren't necessary but the peace of mind is invaluable. I also use them overnight - not for incontinence while sleeping but as assurance that upon waking and sitting up/twisting etc. getting out of bed, there won't be any bladder accidents. They work very well for these uses. They are comfortable due to extremely stretchable sides and front. They absorb urine immediately and absorb a lot of it when an unexpected urgency strikes. Be forewarned I believe these are graded as 20oz capacity - an overfull bladder might exceed this amount and once this 20oz capacity is met, the elastic around the leg won't hold back any overflow. I can't speak to their efficacy for someone bedridden or totally incontinent, but from the amount of padding and the absorbency of the padding I would assume these would work well for this also. For at home use during the day I use the Solimo pads instead - because these panties have so much padding that the padding in the back never seems to moisten so if I used the panties 24hr a day I would be throwing away an awful lot of un-used padding during the day. They are somewhat pricey - however - they allow one to go out into the world without worry so what price can you put on that. I'll keep looking for a more earth friendly option but until I find one, these work very well.

A Little Too Stretchy?
My mother has struggled with a weak bladder for over three decades. She has tried virtually everything and every product. This is a solid product and a great value for the money, but it isn't perfect (nothing ever is). Here is what she has to say about it: PROS: - Low unit price - Compact size make them easy to carry in a purse - Dignity that comes with wearing "underwear" rather than "diapers" - Stay in place (more on that later though) - Quickly absorb liquids, whicking moisture away from the skin, preventing rashes and irritation - Minimize odors - Doesn't irritate or chafe sensitive skin due to "rough" paper-like material - No annoying "crackling" paper sound - Since they are gender specific, it aids in absorption - Easy to add a booster pad if needed - Can also be used for post-partum care - With Subscribe & Save, she can purchase them in the privacy of her own home and they are discreetly delivered exactly when she needs them at a discount CONS: - After you have pulled them up and down a few times to "go", the elastic gives out and they have to be replaced even if they are dry because they become loose - Even at this low price point, they get expensive as compared to everyday underwear - They don't always hold up to the heavy nighttime flow - Sizing can be tricky and varies vastly by brand (although these are consistently made) they run small - No wetness indicators - Can be bulky and leave an obvious "pantie line" - Not ideal for those that need the assistance of caregivers to go to the bathroom to be changed that have limited mobility - The longer you wear it and it loses its elasticity, the more likely you are to experience a leak (it needs to be snug) - Sometimes Medicare will cover them when you purchase them from a medical supply with a prescription ** If you like my review, please press "Helpful" to motivate me to write more. **

Comfortable and does what it should
The name brand of these came recommended to me by a nurse at the hospital where I gave birth. She said a lot of new moms use them for postpartum care at home. I was a little skeptical but figured anything was better than the 2x4 sized thick pads they give you there. I’m tall and already on the heavy side (even before pregnancy) so I was worried about ordering the right size as I had trouble figuring out what size my changing body was all throughout my pregnancy. I was pleasantly surprised when these fit so well. There was enough room that I could have been bigger and still fit them and enough elasticity that a smaller person would fit too. They were extremely comfortable and absorbed well. I’d never worn a product like this before these so I don’t have anything to compare them to, but they seemed much less bulky than others out there. I didn’t notice them much under my clothes. All in all they are a great value for the $. Save yourself a few $ and get these instead of the name brand product.

I wish I could give these 5 stars
These are the best briefs. Light weight but absorbent. They arrive in unmarked packaging so no one knows what your buying. Each brief is also packed into individual wrappers and can be discreetly hidden in a larger purse or a tote. The wrapper keeps them from getting dirty or opening up. They are about the same size as a larger size pad. Because they don't have all the bulk they stay up where they should be, even when they get wet. They are not shocking white but a light bluish color so if something peeks out it's not a complete give away. They are more slender in the center but have the right amount of elastic, no problems with leaks. The slender center means your inner thighs don't get raw. However if you soak more then have a stress leaking problem these may not work. So why only 3 stars instead of 5 stars? I liked them so well I reordered another 3 pack. However I only got 1 package of briefs instead of the 3 I ordered. I tried to explain that but no one is listening. So I have to send the 1 back to get a refund. All they had to do was send the other 2 packages. Customer service matters. So a 3 it is.

WOW!
I purchased these May 1st. I was ready to rave about them right away, however I decided to wait and give it more time. Well I am ready to tell you what I think now. WOW!!! I have been a true believer in the Always brand for about a year now and found them to be the only ones who offered the comfort, protection and size I was wanting. I wear a size XL and they are hard to find, or most do not fit comfortably. Well Solimo beat them all.....even Always. I find that Solimo has more room in the rear (I am pretty big back there). I used to only wear the Always when I went out and used pads around the house because of the cost. However with these being so much cheaper I find I love wearing them all the time and more comfortable. I just hope they never change anything about them and continue to offer them at such a reasonable price.

Comfortable leak protection
I had really liked the Publix store-brand of these briefs, but then Publix switched manufacturers or something and the product was different and not as absorbent or comfortable. These are just as good as the old Publix brand (in fact, I wondered whether they were made by the same company as used to make the old brand, since the printed size was exactly the same), and more economical to boot! The only difference I can see between these and the Publix brand is that these are individually wrapped in a gauzy wrap, making them easier to put in your purse for emergencies and looking less like incontinence supplies and more like menstrual supplies (which, at least to me, is less embarrassing).

The Best of All i've Tried
I wear these daily, and have for about a year. I have compared a handful of what I call pull-ups, though you could call them diapers. Amaxon brand is the most absorbent, hands down. I have severe stress incontinence and OAB, and often lose control of my bladder. Especially at night. Now, at night, they have leaked from time to time, but not half as much as Depend's brand. I had to get Depend's brand recently, and as soon as I could, I ordered these pull-ups, because I hated using them. The Depend's sit untouched after using 5, because they are thinner and don't absorb as well as Amazon's brand. I highly recommend one test these. Yes, they are thicker than others, but if you're like me, you need that. They are comfortable to wear, as I said, I wear them 24/7. I am having bladder sling surgery in August, and up until that, and if the surgery fails, I'll be wearing the Amazon brand happily. BTW, they are not suitable for fecal incontinence. They definitely are only for urine.
