Lean Made Simple - 12 Proven Steps for Creating a Vibrant Lean Culture Paperback – August 20, 2024

I have been practitioner and onboard with lean since the early '90's. This is the best book to get you started. And the one I wished we had back then. You don't really need to hire guru's, follow this book & Maestro Tierney's videos. The audio version is also excellent. It does help to have real hands-on experienced lean Guru's to guide you and keep it real, but if you follow this book you can make dramatic improvements quickly.

Great book to understand how to implement a Lean Culture

Awesome read and I thought it a great follow up after reading 2 Second Lean. The first book hooked me on the concept and this one gave me tools to use it. I am super excited to put these principles to work in my life to a far greater extent!

Easy to read and understand. Definitely a book to share with the leadership team and get buy in. Lean is top down. The leaders must commit first.
