i work nights, and while I'm sleeping during the day my wife has her home office in the adjacent room. I'm about 25 to 30 feet away from her desk. with these panels up and the doors to the bedrooms half open I do not hear any her phone conversation or key stroke noise at all. i also use white noise on low but i think these panels are very effective for our purposes. she's noticed they reduce echo from the plaster walls that she heard in her headset. they look nice, are well made and we're very happy with them

We love these but they are heavy and not easy to hang. Otherwise great for a music room.

These things are amazing and they look fantastic! The seller has fantastic customer service as well and treat you right if contacted. Use 3M Command Strips to hang them on the wall vice the included hardware. Much easier in my opinion (although I'm sure it works as well). I have two of these up along with a 24x36 up as well in a small office that had a lot of echo. My business partner notices the difference while on the phone dramatically!
