It's small but adequate. It has enough settings to get what you want out of this product. We can travel with this. It's small enough and not heavy, so we can bring it on road trips. I don't like the resistance bands that it comes with but you can change them out to better ones. I'm using it 5-7 times a week. I've found videos on line and they are helpful to get different workouts. I feel stronger and more toned. Great for balance.

I had been wanting to purchase a vibration plate for a while. After doing my own research and knowing that I wanted my husband to use it as well, I decided this one was best for us. It’s quiet, large but small enough that we don’t have to store it. It has different levels for which you can use the remote control on. My husband stands at his job for sometimes 14 hours a day. He wears compression socks but still, his legs could use some help when he gets home. He was skeptical at first but now he’s a believer. Using this machine gets rid of the swelling, stiffness and soreness and just DRAINS everything away. My sister who has lymphedema claims that her legs feel lighter after just 10 minutes. I use it on days that I don’t use the treadmill but it’s truly a good workout. There are bigger and better brands out there but if you’re just starting out with one of these, this one hits the mark.
