Yes, ALL devices like this are uncomfortable but this one has a velcro strap that goes from the front ankle, to the top of the foot, over the toes, and it secures under the foot. That strap digs into your toes and it's painful. That strap then stretches the section that fits around your ankle, so your foot isn't held at a 45 degree angle. So, it defeats the purpose because you aren't putting tension on the nerve that causes plantar faciitus.Find one with a plastic molded piece that holds your foot properly.

I bought this Item on 09/19/2024 and it was returned back as it was a waste of money, they refund was issued, then i had a message saying the didn't receive the Item. Fortunately, I still have the returned receipt. I am requesting my refund back asap.

Not worth it if it was free. Too small for many adults. Doesn't do anything to help with the problem. Avoid.
