These have helped to stem my memory problems and confusion. I was seriously low of vitamin B12, without being aware and I am now feeling way better than I did. The product is easy to dispense, tastes pretty good and has a quality feel to its design.

Needless to say that taking vitamins in liquid form is much easier to swallow than the pills which can have different shapes and sizes and also some are less slippery then others. This vitamin shot has a nice presentation and it is different to what I've come across before in the sense and that the bottle comes with a powder dispenser which needs to be pressed so that the powder form vitamins dispense into the liquid below. I didn't read instructions straight away, until I realized that there was something odd about the lid and that's when I found out the vitamins are inside the dispenser. Pressing down on the dispenser was a bit difficult on some of the bottles and not quite piercing all the way through to fully release the powder. The liquid has a pleasant fruity taste, which I sometimes even add to my glass of squash. The dose of vitamin B12 is quite high so it would probably be a smart decision to first ask your local GP if these will help your particular case.

Bought these weren't holding my breathe much, but wow! On day 4 now and I saw the difference from first bottle. I have EDS and fibromalagia and wow! Honestly if youre thinking about these then get them ordered!

Too early to know if there good or not. But packaged and sent great taste good and sweet
