Tommy Hilfiger Women's Mid-Length Puffer Hooded Down Jacket with Drawstring Packing Bag

I originally found this exact coat at tjmaxx for $79, it was exactly what I have been looking for , for a long time. Only issue was that it was a small, they didn't have any xs. I bought it anyway hoping it wouldn't look too big. When I got home I searched amazon and low and behold, here it is and its available in xs! Figured I would order it since they have free returns and if it didn't work out, nothing lost. The xs is what I needed after all. So tjmaxx will get the small back. It was $99 on amazon but still a good deal when shopping around for this style. The coat is extremely warm! Even though I haven't tested it in our MN winter yet. It's the perfect length and love the removable hood. The plum lining is nice but black would have been better. The sleeves are pretty long but can either be altered or cuffed.overall I would highly recommend this coat. Hoping that material is strong and doesn't rip easily. Seems oddly tough considering how light weight it is.

I was really nervous to buy this coat online without trying it on since many of the reviews conflicted about the fit but I'm glad I did. Got it for a great price too. I've been trying on coats like this in size medium and purchased a medium and it fits perfect. And looks better than all the coats I tried on. It's a fitted coat and and tapers a bit at the waist. The arms are just a touch tight when I raise my arms but not uncomfortable. It's thin and soft and made of real down. I like that it's not shiny or metallic. It's kept me warm so far but hasn't been that cold yet. I would say it's great for a winter day but maybe not in freezing weather. I'm about 5 ft 7 in and about 150 lbs and got the medium. But I like my clothes more fitted and not loose.

I was excited to receive it since lots of reviewers said it runs very small. I thought it should be best fit for me because I'm very tiny (4'11, 93 pounds). I usually wear XS or XXS and I often purchase kids' size, so I definitely ordered XS for this one. However, it doesn't seem too small or too narrow for me, and actually I think it's not tight or snug at all for the waist part. In general, I love the color, the removable hood, the material, the cutting and the length is good for my height as well except the ZIP!!!!! The reason why I only give 3 stars is the poor quality of the zip. The zip is so hard to get them together to zip on and it took me a while to make it happen. I'm not sure it's only the particular one or Tommy Hilfiger doesn't do great job for the zip. Therefore, I decided to give one more try to replace it for another one to see how it works for the zip, and I hope the zip can be more smooth to get through it. I haven't got the replaced one, so I don't know how warm it is. But, the other thing I care more is whether the feather will keep poking out or not (I hope not). Let's cross the fingers since I love this one very much.

I'm a rather broad-shouldered gal standing at 5'9", 36-26-36, so I sized up to the medium. It fits my shoulders, and tapers at the waist for a relatively fitted look. The bottom of the coat reaches about mid-thigh.The coat feels as light as air when you hold it in your hand, so I was concerned that it wouldn't actually be warm. However, I've been traipsing around in 20-35 degree weather for the past week, and as long as I use the pockets or wear gloves, the coat keeps me very comfortable. The pockets are relatively deep and the hood is a huge plus. I bought the coat on sale for $63.99, and it was well worth the sale price.

The worst ever item. The finish is terrible. Some part is not finished at all so that down came out through the hole. I've never buy this terrible item in my life.

This is a great coat! Super warm (I'm a playground monitor in UT), soft, flattering, and comfortable. Hood cinches nicely and length covers backside. Pockets are at the perfect height to be a comfortable hand/arm position. I do have a couple complaints. It loses feathers that end up all over your clothes. I've never had a down feather coat before so this may just come with the territory-I don't know. The bigger issue is that although the overall sleeve is long enough, it has an inner elastic (which keeps the air out great) that really needs to be about 1 inch longer to stay at the wrist. I tried both the large and extra large and the sleeve length did not increase at all. I don't have long arms and don't typically have a sleeve length issue but if this makes or breaks it for you, you'd better pass. I still really like this coat and it's worth the elastic marks on my forearms.

Great jacket, but not for me. I got the XL, biggest size available. I always wear XL due to my broad shoulders and ape arms. Perfect length for my long arms. Perfect length to keep my butt and thighs warm. Really lightweight, just what I wanted. Nice trim fit so I don't look like Michelin Man. Excellent deep pockets. Two fit problems for me: arm holes too tight and jacket squishes my 38C chest when zipped. These sadly are deal killers. I could keep it and hope to lose 20# someday or be realistic and get a different brand.

This jacket is very soft and very light, and as someone who is thick in the middle, it is slimming which is nice. I am 5'5" and 140 pounds and the medium was perfect. I live in North Florida, and this jacket will be perfect for those 40-50 degree temperatures (a little lower if you aren't a wimp like me), but I don't think it would be heavy enough for an actual winter day, without some other layering. But since all I need it for is for Florida "winter", it will be perfect.
