Fan of mushrooms. They are so healthy. Start every day with mushroom coffee and take it from there. This is a liquid so absorbs well. Taste is fine. Happy with product.

Recently I've been giving a lot of droplet style supplements a try, so this one was a nature choice. It definitely works for the soothing qualities. I've been taking mine late in the evening before bed and it seems to assist in relaxing and going down for the night. The first time I took it, I went with one of the suggested methods of putting the drops directly into your mouth. Unless you are used to taking shots of straight whiskey, I do NOT recommend doing so. it's got a taste that kick you straight in the mouth and leave your eyes almost watering. Not for the faint of heart in the least. It even burns like alcohol, which makes sense since the bottle does in fact announce that it's 30%. Trust me, you can tell. So it was not something I was exactly looking forward to. HOWEVER, following their other suggestion, with a slight edit, worked marvels, which was to mix it in a beverage. Considering the flavor, a dark soda seemed a natural choice since almost everyone has tried a drink like that. Worked like a charm and completely masked that very strong taste. It's now completely easy to add into a nightly routine and helps a lot with getting the body to release the day's tension.
