I add this to my kids milk when I see any sign of a cough or cold. Then for a few days until no symptoms. Not meant for everyday. Just with illness. It seems to work really well! We have not had anything more than the initial little cough or sniffle all fall

This stuff is amazing (I'm afraid to say it out loud in case I jinx it). But I give this to my 4-year old every morning. I hide it in his chocolate milk and he's none the wiser. So far he hasn't been sick since starting school in September. Last year he was sick every other week and missed out on so many days of school, it was ridiculous. If he starts to complain of a stuffy nose or sore throat I give this to him three times a day and also give him Elderberry syrup every couple hours and between the two it's kept any illness at bay!!!

Works well with orange juice. Cannot taste it at all and keeps my child healthy.

Using this product has helped to prevent my sons from being sick.

The taste leaves something to be desired...
