I currently own one of the older models and this model is an upgrade! It’s bigger and has a very sleek design. The color white scared me at first however I’m pleasantly surprised at how it doesn’t show feet prints or marks. The product is super easy to use and set up. It’s takes less than 5 min to set up and less than a min to get your body results. This is very detailed as it shows more than just body weight. It measures body fat, muscle mass, BMI, and much more. It’s something of a miracle to get all those results without having to go to a doctor. This certainly can help pinpoint areas you may need to work on. I would definitely give this 5 stars! I think my favorite part of this product is the fact you can compare your weight for as long as back as you’ve used it. You can compare your weight to previous years down to the day. I’m very pleased with this product.

I purchased this item as a gift for my brother and he was very impressed with the functionality. I was amazed at the sheer number of health metrics that this smart scale measures and thought I'd purchase one for myself. The device arrived securely packaged and was very easy and simple to set up. Pop in the 4 AAA batteries, set it on a hard flat floor, download the app and within just a matter of minutes I had created my own personal account, paired my new smart scale to my iPhone, and connected the scale to both bluetooth and my home WIFI network. Very easy and fast. I've made my initial measurements and I'm now ready to get serious with my weight loss goals for 2020. You can pop on the scales whenever you like and you do not need your phone in hand as the scales will take your measurements and will use WIFI to upload the data to the Runcobo cloud service. The next time you open the app on your phone the data will appear in the app. I also love the fact that all of the data captured by the Runcobo scale also instantly uploads into the Apple HealthKit application which acts as a repository for all of your health information including body metrics and workout data. Track not only weight but your body mass index (BMI), body fat percentage, body type, fat free body weight, subcutaneous fat percentage, visceral fat, body water percentage, skeletal muscle percentage, muscle mass in weight, bone mass in weight, protein percentage, basal metabolic rate (BMR), and metabolic age. It's amazing to have this information provided to you in just a few seconds by standing on the scales each day as you track your progress. All of this information provides useful insights to your overall health and shows areas that need improvement. So, this is a very useful tool that provides a wealth of information and it appears to be very durable and well made unit and is an absolute breeze to set up and use. This will help make the journey to healthier living easier to attain and faster to achieve I believe.

Most of us have owned many, many scales during our lifetime. We went from analog scales to digital to home and health app connected (which is where we are now).Most likely, if you are looking to purchase a new scale, you will be looking for a digital one. They are just as reliable as the old analog scales with the spinning dial.If you aren't careful though, you are going to make a HUGE mistake that I made. This mistake caused me to purchase an additional digital scale that should have been my FIRST choice.You want a digital scale with a WiFi connection. Don't buy one with a connection that is Bluetooth only. I made that mistake last year when I bought a really great digital scale. You can click on my name above and search my reviews for the one I bought.Last year's scale was great. It was accurate. It connected to its own app as well as Apple's health app. The problem? If my phone was not in range, no information would be sent to it when I stepped on the scale. And I have to tell you, my phone was never in range. Bluetooth connections are pretty bad. They usually range around 30 feet. Bluetooth is also prone to disconnects.When I stumbled upon this scale from runcobo, the first thing in the Amazon product picture that caught my eye was a WiFi symbol. Could it be? Are there now scales that connect via WiFi?!So, I told you there were two "most important" aspects of buying this particular scale. The first is a WiFi connection. That will enable you to put the scale anywhere in your home and not worry about having your phone around. Now, whenever I step on my scale, no matter where my phone is, the information is recorded to the app.The second most important aspect is the number of positive reviews. Have you seen how many positive reviews this product has received? That told me that I could buy this scale with confidence. I really need to thank all the Amazon reviewers who gave positive feedback --- you were absolutely on the money!This scale works beautifully. It looks beautiful too. Step on it and not only is your weight recorded but other body composition data that I have no idea what it means. All I know is that I am obese for my size and weight.The app is free to download on your mobile device. The Apple App Store customers didn't give rave reviews to the app, but I had absolutely no issues with it. When you set it up, you give it all your personal statistics including the measurement of weight your country uses. If you are an iOS user you can connect all the data to your Apple Health app from within the runcobo app. What's really funny is that when you lose weight, the app gives a confirming response. When you gain weight, you get the old slide-whistle response.The scale is just as accurate as the other scales I have used. Sometimes these digital scales can be off by a few pounds and I was delighted to see this one was not. It even comes with its own set of AAA batteries, though I don't expect the brand they included to last long.If you are still with me at this point of the review there should be no doubt that this is the scale you should purchase.
