Overall this is a quality shirt from Spyder that I would recommend. It's comfortable and really great for outdoor activity in the heat. I've primarily used it as an undershirt during the workday and then gone and played a couple of hours of disc golf with it on and it does a solid job of keeping me cool while moving up and down hills and while on the course. There is a tiny pocket on this that I could see being useful, but I have no use for it personally. My only real knock against this shirt is that it runs slightly small. I am 5'10 189 lbs and am consistently caught between a Medium and a Large. I've learned that spyder stuff definitely favors towards large for my body type, but even still its a bit tight in the midsection. That's the only reason for knocking off a star, if you know your size and you like Spyder apparel, this shirt is worth the price.

This is a higher quality than their standard athletic gear and I wear this shirt at the gym and to yoga and during spin class all the time. I liked it so much I purchased 3 of them.

Wonderful shirt, one of the best brands, but was sent the wrong size and Amazon did not allow me to exchange for a different size
