There are no surprises here. What you see on the link is what you get. And that would be two baskets that differ in size but provide you with the same benefit. If you want to grill vegetables, these baskets will be ideal for that. And since I guess there is no law against it, you can grill anything that will fit inside, including small pieces or cuts of meat that you do not want to be digging out of the bottom of the grill. The included tool (they call it a fork) will easily allow you to turn and/or lift the basket without scorching your fingers and a special attachment on one end of each basket will help with that. They say that the baskets open with a simple pinch and I would question that a bit. I did not find that to be as simple as it is made to sound. The biggest concern there is how easy it will be to open these rascals when you first take them out of the grill and the metal is several hundred degrees hot. The link says they open with a simple pinch. I guess that their definition of a simple pinch differs from mine. A simple pinch would only involve two fingers. I could not figure out a way to open one of these with a "simple pinch". In my opinion, the only way to open one is to grip each end with one hand and take a finger or thumb and release the catch on each side. That differs from a simple pinch and also means "you better be real careful when opening right after grilling", that is, unless you want fried fingers with your grilled vegetables.

This is such a great product! The two baskets use one handle, which means you can just set the handle aside while the baskets grill and not worry about burning/melting it. I wish the handle was longer but other than that it's fantastic. The two halves latch securely and the baskets are awesome for grilling all kinds of smaller things that are hard to do otherwise. Asparagus, mushrooms, tiny peppers, probably several other things but that's what I used and it was awesome (don't forget a little bit of salt!). Will likely be using these for a long time especially since they're dishwasher safe

This had so many 5 STAR REVIEWS that I was anxious to order it. Although it is now SNOWING where I live in Wyoming, so I can't grill outside at the moment, I am VERY excited to try out this product. I can tell that is is VERY WELL MADE with the HIGHEST MATERIAL AND OF GREAT QUALITY. I have never seen one of these baskets before and so this is such an INNOVATIVE ITEM TO ME IN ITS DESIGN and functionality as you Grill your food. So, it is SUPREME in its awesome and unique design as well. I highly recommend this just because of these reasons.

As other reviewers have mentioned, grilling vegetables or smaller items can be challenging due to the risk of dropping them into the grill, burning them, or uneven cooking. These baskets are well-built and come with an attachable handle that is easy to use. However, the locking and opening mechanism is not very effective. Even when the basket is not hot, it can be difficult to open, and this task becomes even more challenging and dangerous when the basket is hot off the grill. While you can manage it with caution, an easier mechanism would be preferable. Overall, these baskets are a good option for grilling vegetables or other items with minimal mess and failure.

Value: I think these are a great value. When you consider how much trouble it is to grill with tin foil, oil, dropping veggies in the grill grates, etc.... These are a great value.Function: The function is really good. Each cage has a little steel notch that you have to slide down and forward, so I don't think they would be able to ever open without you wanting them to. Also, the way that the handle hooks to the cage is really smart and when it's attached, the cage isn't able to open. It is a little snug and you sometimes need to have a hotpad on your hand so you can hold it in place while sliding in the handle, but it feel really snug when inserted.Appearance: The appearance of these are great. They have a nice stainless shine and the handle is black and has a nice contract. There's no sign of tarnish or rush and I trust that they'll last a really long time.

I got these for vegetables and shrimp and they've done a great job with them. It's a simple design, but it's also very effective. The side-loading makes it easier to position things than the more conventional top-loading styles. I also didn't find it difficult to open the ones that I received. It's likely that there's some manufacturing variance in how easy it is to open them, and I got ones that were particularly easy. The shrimp and vegetables turned out great.They cleaned up fairly easy. Nothing stuck to them that was unexpected, and they didn't require are more rigorous cleaning than anything else that was used with the grill.I think that these will last several seasons. Granted, someone who grills far more than me might use them up in a single season, but I really can't say. The steel appears to be high quality and no worse for wear from the two usages I've so far put them through.Recommended.

We love making foil packs of n the grill but the foil makes it so you don't taste the good ol' burnt parts.These are easy to use, seem pretty sturdy and can be put in the dishwasher.I like that there are two sizes. It comes with special tongs to turn it and remove it but honestly I'll just use my giant grilling tongs. instead.
