Disappointed in receiving a second hand used product
I received my order yesterday and to my surprise the product did not have any seal, coupled with the pump-up mechanism was in a up position whereby it was clear that this item has been used, and owing to the high cost I did expect more! Furthermore, I am deeply disappointed that this second hand product was even shipped to me.
