The dimension of the keyboard was smaller than expected. Nonetheless, it's working perfectly. It's the first time using a wireless keyboard and I have no problems with it so far. The keyboard is nice and quiet and I have no problems with it at all. I just wish I knew how to use the print screen function remotely when teleworking. I thought using the FN key would've assist with that, but it does not. Overall, I'm satisfied with it. The mouse works well also and the size fits comfortably in my hand.

I ordered and received this keyboard/mouse for my new Dell Win 11 Desktop. I plugged the wireless adapter into a USB port on the front of the computer but the mouse and keyboard were not detected by System Manager or Window Settings. I informed Amazon and they refunded the purchase price but did not want me to return the equipment. Later I tested the keyboard/mouse with an older Win 10 desktop and found that they worked. After I studied the equipment manual for my Dell desktop, I found that the front panel USB ports were for high speed devices and the rear panel USB ports were configured for accessories. I plugged the wireless adapter into a rear panel jack and Windows Settings detected the keyboard and mouse. So I'm writing this review, even though I got the keyboard and mouse for free, to let everyone know to try a different USB jack if it doesn't work.

Works great

I enjoy the size and shape keyboard. It is low profile and that is what I wanted. Unfortunately, that is probably the only positive thing I have to say about this purchase. The mouse was not helpful. It’s not responsive and sometimes I have to click multiple times to select something. It is difficult to click and drag to highlight text and as I do a lot of that in my day-to-day job it is important for it to be timely and accurate. I have thrown it away and purchased a separate mouse. I would prefer the keyboard to be lighted, and I did not realize it does not have that functionality. Sometimes you don’t know what you like until you don’t have it anymore. Overall, I am not terribly happy with this purchase and had it not been too late. I would’ve sent it back. Now it’s more of a hassle to return it.

Excellent keyboard! Just be patient opening the battery opening; I noticed it was like slightly stuck on one end; a thin blade carefully used made it so it popped right open. the USB transmitter slipped right in a USB opening in my computer, and it works super it comes with a nice mouse, but I like my microsoft bluetooth mouse and it worked immediately with it.This keyboard is better than the one that came with it. :)

I love that there is only one dongle for both the mouse and keyboard. The mouse is the perfect size and moves around very easily. The keyboard is is sleek and does not take up much room. The keys are quiet when typing (some keyboards are loud and clunky). This is a great, easy purchase for a college student or entry level employee. This set is perfect for a home office or even on the go! Light and compact, you can take them anywhere if you prefer not to use your laptop keyboard.
