Does this plump? I don’t think so.
I really like the silky feel of this gloss. It gives a slight tingle at first. Sadly that fades pretty quick. The color is nice and it is NOT STICKY! I gave 4 stars because it does not seem to plump my thin lips. But at 50% off it is a good deal for a good quality gloss.

OMG! I can’t say enough about this, the color is gorgeous and sparkly. I can feel the plumping action but it’s not overwhelming.

Why All The Bright Glittering Pink Sparkles??
This lip plumper gloss was fairly easy to 'click' and flow into its applicator to apply. Maybe about 6-7 to start. But why all of the sticky glitter?!I was sure that this was a plumbing lip for an adult. Worse part is, the glitter doesn't just stay on my lips. It travels All over my face! Unsure if it actually plumps either.Sadly, it will either get tossed or maybe the ingredients are safe enough to give to my niece. She is a teen, who may be interested in sparkling lips.
