Both my kids love me reading these books to them. She 6 boy and 9 girl. But are equally good for them to read to themselves.Make sure you read them in order as the list inside the front cover is not the correct order.

Bought a bundle of books for a 7y/o after reading one from the library. Good, well liked reads, full of adventure and mischief. Use of words 'stupid' and 'idiot' are too frequent for my personal liking. Otherwise, happy with this choice for bed-time and independent reading for Y2 (KS1) pupil.

I purchased this box set for my little 8yr old G.Daughter who had been to hospital for a load of tests & basically were a bit of a bribe. She is a complete bookworm & was delighted with them one day she read 3 complete books entirely on her own so now have to find something else to match these. Overall a very good buy & well worth the money.

Came the next day as stated. One book had some damage to the top but 9 year old daughter didn’t want to return as she was desperate to start reading them. This was the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars
